The property is well located close to the center. The Pool is small and has limited beds. The staff are nice, breakfast was also good. The room was not very clean and the beds are not comfortable at all.

Staff were very friendly and professional. The exterior, reception area and restaurant were okay and clean. However, the bedroom was just standard, no shaver plug in bathroom and no hot water when I needed it. The plus side was summer so I did manage to shower with cold water. Overall, okay but plenty of room for improvement.

Worth the money, amazing

This hotel is one of 3 very similar ones located in a row about a 5-6 minute walk from the main square in Ayia Napa. I was mildly apprehensive about being in the middle of party central but can say i loved this place! The refurbished rooms are lovely. The white decore makes them feel very fresh and clean with a modern style and pleasant lighting options. Plugs are plentyful and appropriately placed throughout. We had a few minor maintenance issues with our shower which had to be reported a few times and waa never truely resolved hence the slight mark down on facilities. The staff are the absolute gem of this place, especially Georgi and Nickos who staffed the bar in the evenings. Costas runs a tight ship but everyone seems happy in their work and really comitted to providing good customer service. The AI drinks menu is all local spirits, beer etc. The cocktails are ok but are the main men u ones with the best ingrediants removed. I found myself ordering some paid for ones because they were tastier! With the added bonus that they had a fancy garnish! Regarding the food. It was plentyful, occasionally random and a bit tepid at times. If you are doing all inclusive i would advise that you make good use of the Lunch window! The portions are huge and cooked fresh to order. A much nicer dining experience! All in all i loved it and wouod definitely go back!

Beds were uncomfortable and the room they gave us made a lot of noise

Very good value, rooms were clean and spacious and everything was walking distance. Took approx 10 mins at a slow pace to get to the main strip. Hotel had a nice vibe and feel about it. The only negative was caused when I needed to make a change to the booking and was informed yes all good only to be told they had no record when I got there. Also, we arranged late checkout and again wasn’t noted on the system, quickly fixed and sorted though. I would definitely stay there again.

it was on a hill so taking the luggage were a challenge. No help from the hotel either . It was the first time I encountered that you have to pay for safe box

the staff is amazing. so kind and nice. the food was ok, nothing special. in the dinner , you need to buy your drinks, even water. i think its not supposed to be this way. it was very uncomfortable. the room was clean +7 , but can be better. under the bed wasnt clean at all, should be cleaner.you need to have more activities for children. its pretty boring for kids. except pool nothing to do.

Hotel was excellent how ever Breakfast was included but really I was not able to appreciate since the food was without taste and left over in open air for long time. I came at 9:30. So don’t expect too much :)

Hotel is a good one.... definitely not fabulous Big rooms and nice balcony/terraces Food is just normal, nothing special, it could get some improvements

The hotel was a great location. Minute walk to all the fun clubs, cafe, memorial site, restaurants and beach. It was very clean, water pressure worked well in the shower, and had a luggage room with a scale, live music on weekdays and a restaurant and bar. I thought they provided a foreign exchange for my currency as advertised on their site but they do not. Food was pricey at their restaurant but you have so many options in walking distance. I wish they had an elevator for all the luggage we had but no other major issues to report.

Great stay hotel staff were amazing special shout out to Nik behind the bar. Will be returning again soon!!

Very good

The hotel is very good, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. On the central side of Ayia Napa, near to party road.

The hotel was clean and looked nice. You had to pay extra for a fridge and safe even know it was listed in the amenities. The hotel staff was VERY helpful and nice. The breakfast was very good and there was even some entertainment one night. It was close to the bus stop so travel was easy.

We booked this hotel but where moved to there sister hotel river rock which isn’t as good. I understand there are underlying reasons but it would have been nice to be told prior to our arrival so we could have made our own minds up Great staff , The food was the same every day but ok.
