Yes room was very clean,we asked not to clean a few times as wanted longer rest ,the days we forgot to put sign for cleaning they did anyway.only fault was the mattress was a little soft and lukmpy but was bigger enough to gett over that seeing was end of season but everything else food etc was great value for the price.

The rooms were not cleaned to the standard appropriate for a four-star hotel. They didn't wash the room or change the bed linens at all. They were not even willing to send us towels once, claiming that there were none. The food was good, but everything was repeated at every meal. All-inclusive is not really worth it - there is food until 5pm and then there is nothing. There is no minibar and not even bottles of water in the room - you only get them on the first day, which is a real joke. There is one bar where you have to stand in a long line to get a drink. In general, they don't have enough space to accommodate the number of people in the dining room either, and this requires waiting in line to get in more than once, no matter what time you arrive. In short - good location, good food that is repeated, everything else is not worth it. 3-star level and nothing more.

We would stay here again. The junior suite was excellent in regards to space cleanliness and facilities. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was a great gym and good spa facilities. The room was quite soundproof and all the above contributed to a lovely holiday.

This was the first time I went to an all-inclusive holiday with my family. 8 years old boy and 16 years old girl. They had the best time. The animators ( Peter, Lili) were great to entertain us with playing ping-pong, darts, archery. Also the evening shows were good. The food was excellent and if we closed the door we couldn't hear the noise from outside. We had the best time.

Such a beautiful hotel room 1308 amazing large with beach view great location with lots restaurants bars etc breakfast amazing pool kids friendly and separate adults pool beach across the road path 2 minute walk we will return again and recomend to family and friends we had the best time

I loved every thing in this hotel it was amazing just a small problem with the room in the picture shown jn Expedia the room looks bigger But we loved the entertainment team they were amazing very good location breakfast was repetitive but it was good the location was good cc

Excellent location, right in the middle of the strip. Room was nice and modern. Hotel is well looked after. Restaurant is organised really well for an all inclusive, you are seated by host. Staff are very efficient, your drinks order taken straight away, plates cleared quickly. The sunbeds were a problem, in our 5 day stay we never got a sunbed which meant we left the hotel all day every day and didn’t get value for money with the all inclusive. They have a rule of no reserving beds before 9am but by the time we had breakfast all the beds were gone. Same with the entertainment on a night, not enough tables and seats meaning people were sitting on sunbeds to watch. Amenities don’t cater for the hotel size.

Great stay, really clean place . Room was just what we needed and very well done. Great service by all staff. Food was great and plenty options. If back in the area will definitely stay again.

Very good hotel

Very clean and pleasant hotel. Staff very helpful and polite. Good variety of food. Slightly busy at dinner. Staff couldn't cope with the demand. I would suggest that people should be able to book ahead their dinner times to avoid overcrowding.

Excellent resort. Breakfast & dinner buffet options full of choices and great food. Robola restaurant is a must visit. Great location of hotel, plenty of shopping and restaurants. Fig Tree Bay easy walk. Church it Profitis Elias short walk from hotel & worth it. Would definitely visit again!

Fantastic holiday. Beautiful room but our room was road and sea facing, with a nightclub next door which was very noisy until early hours. Other than that a great hotel

Decent service and quality of the amenities but not worth the price. Also it was down as all inclusive however if you had less than three nights stay it was not possible to have all inclusive or uograde at the hotel.

Sleepless Nights and Privacy Breaches Ruined Our Stay. Rating: 2/5 My sister and I recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel, expecting a relaxing vacation, but our experience was far from restful. Pros: Food: The food options were decent and satisfactory. Pools: The pools were clean and enjoyable. Cons: Noise Levels: The noise from surrounding bars was unbearable, with music blaring until 2 or 3 AM every night. Despite wearing ear plugs and noise-cancelling headphones, the noise was so intrusive that we couldn’t get any actual sleep. Room Brightness: While the main windows had blackout curtains, the bathroom did not, leading to the room being incredibly bright early in the morning and further disrupting our sleep. Privacy Breach: In a severe breach of privacy, an attendant delivered sandwiches we never ordered around 10 PM. After knocking and receiving no response, he let himself into our room without our permission. This was not only shocking but completely unacceptable. Despite being Platinum Expedia members, we did not receive any room upgrade. The lack of sleep due to noise and early morning brightness, combined with the invasion of our privacy, significantly ruined our vacation experience. I hope the hotel management addresses these serious issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

Went with 18 family members of all different ages. The pool was fantastic for the younger children as it was of decent dephts. Food was nice but limitid and didnt always meet the childrens tastes and i would say if you are not adventurous with your foods then this may not be the hotel of choice for you. Hotel is based right on a busy lively strip so hotel entertainment was not wow but the kids liked it having a mini disco every night. The staff were freindly and approachable. Hotel was clean but our party did have different experiences with the rooms being cleaned. Some had rooms cleaned every day others only had them cleaned once they asked! For our holiday it was great and would deffintly bring the younger children again with the understanding that we would be going out for dinner on the strip. There were plenty of bars for food, with arcades. Kfc and mcdonalds aswell.
