Residence VYSTA

The street was under construction and we had to hobble over wooden boards and rocky paths with no lighting. The hotel is not clearly marked from the outside so we passed it multiple times before finding it. Our train had been delayed so we arrived, unexpectedly, past the 8pm check in deadline. We tried to call ahead when we knew our train would be delayed but the number online was not reachable. No one answered the door and we had to uber into the city and pay for a new hotel late at night. Do not stay here.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms are not soundproof at all—you can hear every train and tram that passes by, which made it difficult to sleep. When I mentioned this issue to the receptionist, she became aggressive and adopted a very rude attitude for the remainder of my stay. The bed was also uncomfortable, and the internet connection was terrible. The only positive quality was the convenient location. Overall, this place is highly overrated.

Everything was perfect..

Our room 401 was absolutely perfect for family of 4. Rooms includes kitchen units with plates, cutlery and glasses. I would like prefer more bigger tv, and maybe more options for breakfast (but I knew this from previous feedbacks. There is still plenty to eat.), otherwise is 👍

The hotel is easily accessible from the centre, the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The breakfast is basic but was ok for me

I had a lovely stay at Residence Vysta. Greeted by friendly staff, Alexandria, on arrival. Located in a pleasant, safe area 10mins walk from Nádraží Veleslavín metro. The room was a good space, and bright, however note, no fridge/minibar provided. There is a shop next to hotel. A very nice continental breakfast buffet also provided. Great location for short breaks. Thank you Residence Vysta.

Quiet amazing air conditioning and bathroom fan. Ok breakfast. Extremely close two the Industrial Palace, not far from subway which connects to airport bus.

Clean hotel, close to the old town (10 mins by tram). Friendly staff, secure parking, awesome breakfast

Our stay at Residence VYSTA was good. The hotel is in a very good location, (close to transport), it was clean, the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The only downside was the size of the shower (quite small) and the fact that there was no English channels on the television (although we spent little time in the room). I would happily recommend this hotel.

Hotel location is not in the city centre, however it is easily accessible by tram in 10-15mins. The tram station is within 5mins walking distance from the hotel. Room was superb clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and refill promptly. Reception lady was friendly and share lots of information. Very nice and helpful lady. Highly recommended for the friendly and welcoming service!!

A reasonably cheap and reasonably clean accommodation a few steps away from the Holesovice expo area. Nothing spectacular but also not bad.

Good location, but noisy. Curtains falling down. Noisy. Phone broken...Taken away for repairs? Noisy, except late at night. Hole in bathroom ceiling...Fixed in two days with tape. Noisy from street traffic. No double bed as indicated in reservation. "Satellite" TV has 23 non-English channels which had to be connected on request after I arrived. I survived on a music channel of mixed international oldies and second rate videos... Did I say noisy... It's an inane explanation, but they refused to make the beds daily; some security risk...??? Also, no dusting either...! I found an assortment of spiders in the room which I killed with towels mostly and an occasional whack with the remote... Not enough room in the shower to turn around w/o bumping the water regulater and giving yourself a surprise...! Bar and cafe were closed. Mmmm Nescafe at 8AM... No help with baggage from reception or taxi drivers! Tips? Reception 12 hrs. per day...
