Staff was helpful and courteous. The checkin desk was at the bar and was staffed 24 hours/day. The room was comfortable, roomy, just as described, had a view of the park across the street. Bed was comfortable (king sized). We had a table with a banquette and chair and a kitchenette--all nice, but starting to look a little scuffed. Americans: the shower does not have a curtain and the glass walls are shallow, so the rest of the bathroom gets wet when you use it, elevator is tiny. 3 restaurants attached to hotel. We only went to one, but the food was very good. Grocery store (Netto) is only a few blocks away. Something having to do with the arrangement of the apartments -- some noises from other rooms transferred, but they were mechanical, not voices, which was disconcerting, but only periodic (but happened enough for me to comment).

All good. Nice place to stay with some nice benefits, a wine hour and a night cap hour was a nice treat. Also great location, close to lots. The only complaint and it just might be in our room, but it was impossible to take a shower with out water ending up all over the floor in the bathroom. Kind of annoying and a bit dangerous, but wouldn't deter me from staying here again, I would maybe just ask for a different room. Also, if your room faces the main street it can be noisy at night if you keep the windows open, the police station is only a block or 2 away. But again, would stay there again. Also the breakfast buffet was well worth the extra $$.

Great little hotel. Friendly staff, clean room and right next to the old city of Copenhagen. They even offer free wine between 5 and 6 pm!

Nicely setup rooms with plenty of space and good view. Heated floors in bathroom was a plus, with all the necessities included. The hotel also has free wine hour and nightcap, which was welcome.

Friendly staff, very helpful and the free coffee, drinks and night caps were a great bonus.

The apartment is great and very well thought out. It’s decorated nicely and has everything you’d need to cook and clean while staying. There was construction in and around the hotel which made for a noisy daytime. Our shower didn’t fully work properly (the handheld did but the fixed part didn’t) and wasn’t fixed during the 3 night stay even tho it was reported Lovely atmosphere of hotel with the wine hour etc. would stay again once construction is over.

The apartment was in a central location for access to amenities and the hotel reception. Was well equipped for what we needed and staff friendly and helpful. We stayed 5 nights and the room didn’t get serviced until the 4th night. The main draw back of the apartment was it was located on a very busy junction and there was noise all night from traffic, emergency services and late night party goers. Got very little sleep.

This was a great hotel - we highly recommend if you’re staying in the Copenhagen area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the added 5pm and 10pm “happy hours” were a great bonus! We really enjoyed the overall vibe of the hotel and appreciated the central location.

This was a lovely property close to the train station and other key sites in CPH! The room was big and the amenities great, just a shame the VIP status wasn’t recognised.

Very close to the main square and main shopping and dining streets. The property was clean and happy hour(s) for drinks and coffee was an amazing bonus. The room was a bit dark as there is no main light but little lights scattered around ceiling. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lots of complimentary extras and breakfast was superb. Lovely helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This is a 3 star apartment hotel pretending to be a 4 star one and failing miserably. Undoubtedly great location. We had the loft apartment which had a beautiful view and was spacious enough. But that's where it ends. This is probably the most inconveniently designed hotel room we have been in. It is also very cheaply done up. As frequent long stay global travellers, I would never recommend this hotel to be your choice for long stay especially if you will be working too. To begin with, despite switching on all lights, the room is dimly lit. We had to work in the lobby once it got dark which was a shame as we wanted to enjoy the view while working. The bathroom is dimly lit too. No magnifying mirror either so forget about getting your make up done in the bathroom. There is no main switch so you need to get up and switch off every light before sleeping. The amenities are cheap and no conditioner is provided. There is a washer but no dryer so your option is to either dry your clothes all over the room or go down to the laundry room where they do have a dryer which is what we ended up doing. The dinnerware is not microwaveable. And is so heavy! The cupboards do not have ventilation (air clothes in the room!), no choices for pillows, the blackout curtains do not cover the balcony door (there are digital billboards across the room so it's terrible), etc, etc. Breakfast is another terrible disappointment. At DKK 225 per person (approx USD 30) it may be organic but it is insipid.

A well situated location, close to transportoptions and about 8 minutes walk from the Central railway station. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The organic breakfast was lovely with a wide range of options available. The rooms were large and conmfortable and well insulated - despite the corder aspect and being on the first floor we heard no external noise. The room inluded a small, well equpied kitchenette that included hot plates and a combined microwave/grill. The only real complaint were that you needed to be tall to hang anything in the warderobe (not great for my wife) and that the lighting was rather dim (hygge apparently). All in all a great stay and we would return without hesitation.

Good place to stay

Our room was a small studio apartment - it was fine, but a bit small. Good location, convenient to many attractions. The link between the Apartments and the SP 34 hotel was not clear and better communication on this would be helpful.

A fantastic location for visiting Copenhagen, central and chic with lots of family friendly activities on the doorstep! Well definitely try to use again!
