This is not family friendly hotel. Its smaller than cruise ship rooms. No AC and no Fans. Its smaller than a bathroom. Please double check your priorities. Smokers everywhere. People drinking everywherem its doesnt feel safe at all.

Long waiting times for check-in, very slow process

You expect the bare minimum with a CABINN, however, this was below parr. Bed was comfy and sufficient as was the bathroom, albeit incredibly small. No hairdryer inclusive, you have to pay extra depending on room. The noise was awful, especially at the weekend. Sound proofing was good between rooms but the noise of the doors banging from other residents was not. Location was good.

Loved having a fridge that was super handy. I did't like that there was mould in the shower and the walls were filthy. Once I bought cleaning wipes and bathroom cleaner and cleaned the room it was fine though. The room was also overlooking the train tracks and because there was no AC you had to have the window open which meany it was incredibly noisy. This made it hard to sleep. However, the location was convenient and in easy walking distance.

Appalling check in process requiring you to take ticket and queue for half hour. Same for buying food items

DONT STAY HERE! Absolute nightmare! Looked good online for location n prices. All staff have serious attitude problems 1))My flight landed at 7am and I can’t check in til 3pm so I had to pay 600 DK to store for 6 hours in lockers.2)3pm sharp I went to check in but the whole floor was flooded with hundreds of guests waiting. None of the earlier staff told me to take a number in order to check in. So I arrived 7.30 am after 23 hours exhausting flight waited in the lobby for 8 hours only to be told I have take a number in order to be served. By the time I took a number I had to wait another two hours 3) Since i was checked In 5pm the locker charged me additional 2 more hours 4)whilst waiting witnessed a man being thrown out because he voiced the same concerns. He waited from 1.30 pm in the afternoon and was upset he wasn’t told to take a number. 5)I paid for a double bed but was given a single bed. Went to reception three times but they won’t give me what I paid for.6)Every time I came to reception to ask a simple question I had to take another number and won’t speak to me without a number7)Room was stuffy humid. Offered a small electric fan which I had to carry 6 floors up even though I told them i have double hernias8)) I work in hospitality too CABINN being a hotel chain does not know what customer service means

I don't know if this is permanent hotel policy, but the staff wouldn't allow any early check-ins at all, as a result of which about 150 people all started checking in frantically at 3:00. The lobby was absolutely packed all afternoon, it was a nightmare, and once check-in opened, it took me an hour and forty-five minutes to get a key. Then the elevator wasn't working, so by the time I got into my room, it was 4:55. The hotel is clean and the area is convenient, but if you arrive in CPH before 3:00pm and you would like access to a room to rest/shower/redirect, consider other options.

Affordable place to stay and in a good location. Very small rooms and the room got very warm and hard to sleep.

We did not enjoy our stay. The toilet, shower, sink area are extremely small, I have seen airplane with bigger bathrooms. They never cleaned the room, even when requested.

My room was great. Very clean and comfortable. The disappointment was in the fact that only 1 front desk person actually spoke Danish.

Customer service was terrible, overbooked practically everyday so anytime you walked into the building it was flooded with dozens to hundreds of people waiting to check in. No luggage storage so had to walk a mile to the closest luggage storage location and then wait 3+ hours to check in. On top of all of that, they double charged me for my stay and have still yet to get back to me on my refund. Awful stay.

It was a decent hotel, clean and the staff were kind, it's budget friendly so not all amenities are given but you have the basics and all you care about s place to sleep and keep going then thisis the place, also it's 15mins walk from central station which was very helpful

Room was v small for price and check-in was a mess - ticketed process and full details of where everything was not provided when I got to my turn, so had to get another ticket another time to ask for those details. No safe in room. Basic toiletries

The spring mattress beds are so uncomfortable that my we woke up with back pain. No AC so it gets hot at night. If you open the window it’s loud on the street. Breakfast is good. Luggage storage costs 80DKK for one day and 60DKK for 6 hours.

There was no one attending the area where you would buy ice cream. You need to take a number and lineup for half an hour.

One of the worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. Check in process took more than 2 hours and only 1 person to do the check in and 50 people waiting. I wish they put in 1 percent of their profits to hire more people instead of filling their coffers
