Super flexible and kind staf. Breafast was great! Could be nice with an extra outlt for chargers at the desk in the room, but very clean! The Building has been in operation as a hotel for 3 yeas only.It is in the country side, but only 5-7 minytes from the city of Frederikssund with shopping and top dining.

Wonderful experience...the setting is beautiful and in designing and refurbishing what was once a school, the owners have made a lovely place to stay that is quiet and comfortable . They have thought of everything while designing and decorating the rooms. It is also a beautiful venue for parties with a banquet room and a lovely patio area.

Femhøj is not exactly place with great charm but the rooms are very clean, the bed and bathroom were excellent. Rather boring breakfast and low quality coffee. We also went to the restaurant nearby for a dinner. Rustic setting and classical dishes....not bad at all.

Clearly a conference hotel... check-in is at a nearby hotel, where food is also available. Femhøj is a reasonable hotel, but with very little character. Rooms are on the small size, bathrooms are OK (but with odd touches such as no shower curtains, no soap dish in the shower etc). Very hot when we were there, and only a few bedroom windows could be opened properly. A nice enough common reception room, with a great coffee machine free to use, and juices/water available on-tap. Other drinks available to buy through a self-service trust bar system. There are no staff in the hotel most of the time other than at breakfast. All in all, it's a decent enough hotel, but a bit "sterile".

Read the message about how to check in. Especially if you don't read Danish! :) There are no onsite staff, you check in elsewhere and get code access. Which was fine but could be confusing if you didn't follow the instructions. Rooms are small and compact but quite adequate, has everything you might need. Beds were comfortable, super quiet area off a main route with nice farm views. Breakfast was fine, bread, yoghurt, eggs, jams, Nutella, cheese, ham, cereal. Espresso machine was fantastic! I would stay again.

a beautiful renovated school house that looks brand new - rooms are small but cozy, and the breakfast wonderful. The hotel is in the country so very quiet and peaceful, but you need a car - but so many sights and tourist spots are nearby!

It was our first trip into the country side of Denmark. Wide open spaces, green and close to the sea. At checkin we found a fabulous restaurant that served traditional Danish food. Amazing and delicious. Would highly recommend the experience. Great breakfast and fantastic hosts at the hotel.

Rigtig fint sted. Rent og umådeligt venlige medarbejdere. Dejligt samarbejde med Gerlev kro, som er en skøn oplevelse i forhold til indretning, miljø og dejlig mad. Lille udfordring med udluftningen på værelset ved vores vinterophold. Ventilationen virkede vist ikke. Derfor ikke fremragende anmeldelse. Vi besøger meget gerne igen.

Nyrenoveret hotel. Kører bryllupper i weekenden pga. fin, romantisk beliggenhed og håndværkere til hverdag. Fine værelser, lidt smalle senge, selfservice bar og fin tallerken-anrettet morgenmad. Fri kaffe og (noget tynd) juice døgnet rundt.

drôle d'expérience. arrivés devant l'établissement, pas de personnel, mais un ordinateur en danois. . pas d'instruction. rien en anglais langue internationale des touristes.alors une fois de plus Hôtel.com nous a sauvé, puisque nous avons réservé sur ce site tout en étant dans l'hôtel. une histoire de fous. Très inhumain et déstabilisant. Seule au pt déjeuner une dame a encaissé notre dû. Expérience triste.
