We stayed in a Pirate room. It was clean and cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly. Lots of things for children to do in the hotel, daily competitions, Lego to play with and other games. Breakfast had a large range of foods for all. We walked from the airport, about 30mins. I would recommend this hotel for your Lego stay in Billund. It is next door to Legoland and the Lego Castle hotel. It is a 10-15min walk to Lego House and Billund town centre. Also 5 min walk to Lalandia waterpark.

We stayed at LegoLand Hotel the start of September 2025. Very close to the airport and buses run there every 30 mins. Easy check in and straight to the room. Lovely and clean and well set out rooms. A wonderful short break and we did Legoland and the lego house. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent to all Lego fans visiting Legoland. We lived in the park view room and the view from the park with Christmas decorations were so stunning. Staffs are so helpful and the self check-in is easy to follow. The room itself looks like clean and tidy. However, after the first night, my son and husband complained they felt itchy and they got some insects bites over legs and their back. We had another 2 nights from hotel at Copenhagen but totally no issue at all. The choice of food is also limited though it’s expected. We had dinner at Panorama restaurant on the 1st night, and kids enjoyed their buffet quite much especially because the kids zone at the end of the restaurant is fantastic and it allows all parents and carers can take a short break (and silence) for awhile. However, it was very disappointed that the restaurant was fully booked on our 2nd night stay, and I was told only 1 restaurant was open at that night which I suppose there are 3 restaurants in the park/ hotel area. Finally we took taxi to the centre and food was much better and cheaper.

The hotel looks amazing and is very attractive for lego fans. It is howerver extremely hot with no air con in the rooms. The rooms are very basic. The restaurant is super expensive and not at all good quality or tasty. The restaurant staff were not very friendly or helpful. Reception staff werw lovely. Ideal location as you are in the park. Definitely bring plenty of your own food and water. Request a fan or two at check in.

A really enjoyable stay. There is a lot to do here. The staff are all really pleasant and helpful and seem to enjoy being there too. The absence of a pool is surprising but there are more than enough other activities to keep everyone entertained. The grounds are well kept and wonderfully peaceful, and you would not know you are so close to Legoland. The restaurant is also a pleasant surprise - enough to be in theme but much classier then equivalent restaurants at e.g. Windsor Legoland Hotel, with excellent food.

We stayed in a park view room for four nights. The room was spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was good - buffet style with cooked options along with cereals, pastries, meats & cheeses, and fruit. The coffee very good. The restaurant can get busy with the people keen to get into the park early, we found going a bit later worked well. Overall a great stay. Everything was awesome!!

The Legoland hotel was a far cry from what we imagined would be a fantastic experience for us and our kids. The hotel is so dated in its style and design of rooms. You are transported back to the 80's, but not in a good way. The lack of AC during 30C (90F) days made it unbearable to be in the room until late into the evening. The breakfast buffet is the SAME everyday - so much so for being "creative", which is what Lego should be.

Great hotel with friendly staff. As one could imagine the kids absolutely loved this place. Everything is themed.. even the French fries are shaped like LEGO bricks! There’s LEGO sculptures all over the place and even walking through the hallways is a mini adventure. Breakfast was fine with plenty of fresh options. We also had dinner once in the hotel. It was delicious. The room felt like a fairy tale and they had two new LEGO sets waiting for my kids on top of a bucket of hundreds of more pieces for them to play. The center of Billund is only 10 minutes away walking where you can enjoy bars, more restaurants (when is time for the grown ups to relax) and the amazing LEGO House (don’t miss this place separate from the theme park). Please note, entrance to the theme park is not necessarily included. Unless you book directly from the hotel, most likely you’ll have pay extra. One complaint: This is a 2-hotel complex and parking is separate from them and not included. The Castle Hotel and Legoland Hotel are run separately and that includes the parking lot. I parked in front of the Castle Hotel and even though I mentioned this at check in they said it was ok. Well, next day I have a parking ticket on my windshield. Turns out the parking authority is not run by Legoland but a 3rd party and you can’t park at the other hotel’s spots. I talked to several attendants without any success until finally a nice girl at front desk explained it to me and canceled my parking fine.
