Hotel Odeon

Lovely front desk staff. Room was nice and large by EU standards. The only issue was the AC/heat did not work. Contacted the front desk right away (to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong- climate control is different in hotels/countries). Someone even came to my room to check. I was told everything was okay, but it takes 4 hours to work. Really 4 hours!! I was told to just open a window if I was hot. Great, what about heat in the morning? The temp was set to what I wanted, and 8 hours later it still wasn’t working. One other small annoyance. Breakfast ends at 9:30, which is a bit early. The annoyance, it’s not that the buffet ends at 9:30…you must exit the breakfast room at 9:30. The stay starts harassing people at 9:15, to finish and leave. Come 9:39 people with half eat breakfasts were forced to leave. Some carried their plates into the lobby to finish eating.

Super friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Room was clean and comfy. Included breakfast was excellent.

Lovely stay, close to all attractions

We really liked how close the hotel was to Hans Christian Andersen's Gardens, and close to shopping.

The hotel selected a corner unit for me on the 4th floor that had a wrap around view. The room’s design and layout was rather unique. The bed was super comfortable. The check-in process was efficient. I had a few drinks at the bar to end what was a perfect day in the city. Close to the central train station, too.

Very good property, and staff. Great location. The rooms could be a little bigger.

Clean, quiet, recently remodeled. Lots of space to hang out in the lobby. Wonderful staff. In the city center. City light rail right outside. Intercity train and bus a short walk.

Loved everything but on the rare occasion that the temperature is hot, they do not have air condition and the windows only open 1 inch. They will bring you a fan. Otherwise the hotel was wonderful!! Beds very comfy.

Great location close to a lot of sites. Hotel was clean, chic and lovely.

I arrived late to hotel, and I waited a little too much to get in. After that when I entered room there was a note to another name than myself..

Good hotel y service

Fantastic location especially if you want to visit Hans Christian Anderson’s house and museum. Very modern hotel. Room was a little small but it was very comfortable. Only gripe was that they stop serving breakfast at 9:30am on weekdays and if you’re 1 minute late you won’t get served.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, room felt a little enclosed but apart from that very good.

Excellent hotel, location, and staff. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I would stay here again. I called the hotel front desk to confirm parking (garage below hotel, close to elevator, very easy).
