Hotel Villa Brinkly

Loved staying at. Villa Brinkley! Eric and Annette make the place feel like home. Right across from a beach, fine food, friendly, warm atmosphere. Hoping to return there!!!

Beautiful location between woods and water, peaceful and lovely inn, with kind and welcoming hosts; comfortable rooms. Close to art museum Louisiana, and Helsingor, for further exploration, bicycles available, walking trails. Splendid breakfast with many choices, and we enjoyed an excellent dinner prepared by our fine host and chef.

Annette and Eric are very personable and friendly hosts. The hotel is located very close to the bus stop for easy access to/from the Louisiana Museum.

Small, homely and friendly hotel right next to the sea. Staff are excellent and very helpful. You can help yourself to refreshments and snacks for free.

Villa Brinkly is a delightful place to stay in a very scenic, interesting and tasty area of Denmark. The hotel is a family run small operation with many personal touches; some of them, eclectic. Erik, Annette and Cristina were all gracious, friendly and very helpful owners/staff. The breakfasts were very satisfactory. While not hot, it was tasty and nutritious including a range of breads, fruits, yogurt, pastry, cheeses, and a parfait type yogurt treat with fruit, jam and nuts daily. Boiled eggs were also on offer. The couple runs a catering business for large events and Annette's skills and imagination are on show here. Coffee and biscuits are always available as is an open air dining and gathering patio to meet fellow travelers in good weather. The Villa's location is very easy to find and within half and hour or so of Copenhagen. Train travel is very easy to access (walking distance) as are a coupe fine restaurants and pizza shops. The beach is large and easily reached one block away. Our room was in the back and was so peaceful and private. Every morning we awoke to lovely bird song. The forest and a pathway are just though the gate. We would definitely like to return to Villa Brinkly to continue and explore more of Denmark. . Thank you Villa Brinkly for your lovely hospitality.

The room was very small, but the beds vas very very good. There was no Place to stay except for the breakfast room.

From our first day walking along the waterline to the lovely breakfasts and recommendations of other sights and services provided by our hosts, our stay at Hotel Villa Brinkly was wonderful. Snekkersten is a small town that closes up a little early, but it has a good bicycle rental place and train service--north a few stops to Helsingor with its castle, shopping district, and ferry, or south half an hour to Copenhagen. There is also an hourly bus service and easy call access to taxis. But we spent at least a day walking the woods and coast and enjoying the small town ambiance. The room was sweet and clean, and the whole hotel is obviously a project of love by the owners who also run a high-end catering business.

Great stay, the only downside was having the bathroom across the corridor. But still very close though.

For those people perfect who love small places with individual character. Annette and her family and her great team made such a place. And if you are one of the lucky guests to join dinner made by her: you are in paradise. In addition: the hotel is in a 5-minute distance to the Beach. You can rent a bike to visit the Louisiana Museum, the Helsingor Castle,……

Desværre dårlig kommunikation - fik ingen info om at tjekke ind senest kl 19 og det var umuligt at komme igennem via telefon - den gik blot på svarer. Måtte køre fra en forretningsmiddag for at tjekke ind - uprofessionelt håndteret af den mandlige del af parret - ikke de store evner inden for kundeservice.

Fint, hyggeligt og god service. Nærværende og tilgængeligt personale, hyggelige omgivelser og snakke med ejerne.

Lille hyggeligt hotel ved Strandvejen modsat vandet. Indretningen er selvfølgelig badehotel men også sommerhus. Der er gode udendørs opholdsrum med servering. Specielt egnet til kørselv og cykelferie. Morgenmaden serveres fra kl. 8, for erhverv nok lidt sent. Elskelige værter hygger om gæsterne.

Preis / Leistung passt nicht richtig...! Aber der Gastgeber war sehr bemüht, hatte extra Abendessen für mich gezaubert! Lage direkt am Wasser mit Blick auf Schweden und unweit der Fähre nach Schweden.

Rigtig fint og hyggeligt familiedrevet badehotel.

Ett fantastiskt boende. Allt var fint. Att på morgonen sitta utan för vårt rum och äta en frukostbuffé som var så fin var ljuvligt. Närheten till stranden var också härligt.

Fint lille hotel tæt ved stranden. Lille men meget hyggeligt værelse - rent og pænt. Lille udvalg til morgenmad, men det der var, var utrolig lækkert. Dejlig stille gårdhave. På terrasse foran hotellet hører støj fra Strandvejen, men på værelset var det ikke tilfældet. Mulighed for at lave kaffe, selvbetjeningskøb af drikkevarer. Absolut en anbefaling herfra.

Ett mysigt hotell med mycket god service. Frukosten var av mycket hög kvalitet. Hotellet ligger nära till Lousiana och inte långt från Helsingør. I närheten finns den utmärkta restaurangen Vores Skotterup.
