Good breakfast

Nice hotel with very basic small rooms. Thin walls then you can hear everything, small refrigerator is included. It’s also very safe area located near to all tourist actrations. I enjoy the breakfast which is served at La Marchanta restaurant at Colon Park. It was very nice.

Rooms as advertised clean , well equipped . Location great you can walk to many stores and restaurants. Some less than 20 yards from door

A very good value close to el conde. Stairs only to upper floors. Rooms tend to be on smaller side with hot shower and cold A/C. Have stayed here before due to cost/value.

La habitación necesita mejoras como la calidad del colchón, muy cuestionable la calidad de la cama para nada confortable, además la presión del agua en la ducha, el agua fría apenas subía algo y para tener agua en la ducha había que abrir la ducha en modo agua caliente y no era posible así bañarse, indiscutiblemente necesita mejorar la presión de agua en la ducha del baño.

Very clean and the staff very helpful I would stay there again. It’s also very safe area. I enjoy the breakfast. It was very nice.

The staff was very courteous and although small the room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. The hotel floors were extremely clean and shining and the pictures created a nice ambiance. It was a very short and enjoyable stay.

Everything was very good. But at the same time is a city contrction in front of the property

I love the room, but the pillow is thin and not thick enough. I wasn't comfortable sleeping because my neck got stiff. Also, please make sure the cleaner cleans the water tap to keep it shiny, and the window needs to be kept shiny.

The hotel is clean and good !

We chose this hotel based on the god reviews and since our preferred hotel was sold out. We Stayed for one night. The location is good (about 30 minutes from SDQ airport) and near restaurants and shops. They offer free breakfast but you have to leave the hotel to a restaurant nearby which only gives you a few options to choose from and one drink (limited options). The breakfast wasn’t good and was a very small portion. Our room was very uncomfortable - the bed was very hard (body ached the next day) and the bathroom door didn’t open all the way because the bed was in the way. The water has a good temperature but the pressure wasn’t good. One of the towels we got had a huge hole in it. We were only given 2 towels and we were a family of 3. The room didn’t have a phone and it was so late and we were exhausted so one of us had to use the small hand towel. The staff apologized the next day. There’s no elevator so we had to bring our luggages up the stairs. It seemed the room wasn’t ready for us 😒. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Geraldine, Yendry and Luindy are the best! Excellent customer service, very nice and problem solving oriented!! The hotel is very clean, location is great, very close to coffee places, banks, markets, restaurants, all walkable. The a/c was working fabulously! Areas for improvement: beds were super hard, my back still hurts and we got back 2 days ago. Out of 7 days, I only had a hot shower once and warm twice. The rest of the times had to be cold because there was no hot water available. The TV on one of our rooms never turned on and the toilet on the other one wasn't working correctly, you had to manually push the flapper down in order to flush it. All in all, I would stay there again if they change the bed mattresses or put memory foam mattress toppers on them.
