Amazing property. We had an amazing time.

Me hicieron pasar dos día terribles, era la boda de mi hijo y me dejaron sin check-in aun dándole mi número de confirmación y no solo yo sino 5 habitaciones más, llegué tardes a la boda y tuve que pagar de nuevo, hice mi reserva 6 meses antes, nos trataron terrible, nos dijero “pagan o se van” No pude disfrutar, su personal es muy amable, el hotel es muy caro para la calidad

Decepcionante en todos los sentidos. No lo recomiendo. Mi experiencia en este hotel fue un verdadero fiasco. La comida es simplemente horrible: la mayoría de los restaurantes sirven platos de baja calidad, insípidos y mal preparados. El único lugar decente fue el restaurante francés, donde por suerte Víctor nos atendió de forma excelente —lo único rescatable. El buffet fue un desastre total: el servicio es negligente. Te sientas y te ignoran olímpicamente. Para conseguir una bebida hay que pedirla varias veces y, aun así, tardan una eternidad. Da la impresión de que el personal simplemente no tiene ganas de trabajar o no te quiere atender. Las bebidas eran terribles. Los tragos sabían a jarabe barato o agua con alcohol. Nada de calidad. Si vas con expectativa de disfrutar cocteles o una buena experiencia all inclusive, este no es el lugar. El spa es hermoso, pero absurdamente caro. Y ojo: si no cancelás con 24 horas de anticipación, te cobran el servicio completo igual, aunque no lo uses. Políticas rígidas que no se ajustan a la realidad del huésped. En resumen: no volvería y no lo recomiendo. Un lugar que se vende como resort de nivel 5stars super caro, pero no cumple ni lo básico. Si valoras la buena comida, el servicio y la atención, busca otro hotel. Te ahorrarás un mal momento.

This is our second time in Dream Macao and so far continues to be our favorite !! The spa was awesome!

The service in general was good the staff very attentive and make your stay good, however we had to change rooms due to the bathroom issues in addition you need to be careful when you buy the massage services and ask and ve specific for the services that include the price , we did not have a great experience was a lot of miscommunication. At the end was solve but I had to spend to much time talking so they could apply my discounts.

This place is a rip off went here the food was always stale the rooms outdated and nasty dirty I was over charged at the check out because they said I had an extra person with me too much happened and I already started a dispute over the money they over charged me

Wonderful hotel

Stayed in the preferred club junior swim out. First day I had to call to have the pool clean because there was leftover swimwear and dirt. This problem was resolved quickly. The timely manner of customer service needs some improvement. I did not think the VIP was worth it for this resort. No one really checks to see who is preferred and who is not. Butler service was just OKAY. Overall I did enjoy this resort, just need some improvements in different areas.

Even for a weekend wasnt to crowded so we can enjoy everything in the hotel. Shows at night always packed but you can find a sit.

It was good the service was up and down depending what area or restaurant you were

My stay here was immaculate from the aesthetics the views the service it was all perfect beautiful up to par. My brother was Alejandro. He was so helpful knowledgeable of the area very much appreciative, my self appointed hostess Lactic, no words to describe his efforts! He was consistently available, friendly, very funny and so accommodating. I don’t know how we would’ve made it around the resort if it wasn’t for him. The staff was phenomenal, but these two gentlemen unmatched definitely will come again.

Dreams has thought of pretty much everything we could possibly want or need while there and conceige was available to anything quickly and kind!

Very nice for weddings and beautiful resort and good drinks.

Loved it here, the food was great, staff and service great, only had one incident which was when one of the cleaning ladies walked in the room around 9:00 pm while my husband and I were getting dress
