Absence of nearby properties resulted in a peaceful atmosphere with birdcalls aplenty. Meals GREAT! Room GREAT! Grounds need some weeding and a more conservative lawn watering system (soaker hoses rather than pop-up sprinklers which loose 40%+ water to evaporation.)

This was a 4 day trip to inspect a boat at the marina. Hotel was perfect for me.
