Good location only problem with fridge wish freezes everything and smallest shover that I see in my life

The location is great because it's a tourist area, and the staff are courteous. The front desk person made a 'garment' from plastic bag as a raincoat when I needed to go out in the rain. However, I didn't like the super-tiny 'bathroom'. It's humanly impossible to bathe in it. Still, it's quite clean and okay in terms of the hygiene.

The staff was extremely nice and the chicken process was very smooth. I love this location and now consider staying here every time I’m in the colonial zone.

Staff was very helpful and check in process was quick. Clean and centrally located. I walked to the ferry and tourist spots easily.

Lamento informar que mi experiencia durante la estancia en su hotel no fue del todo satisfactoria, especialmente en relación al recibimiento y atención que recibí al llegar. El señor de la recepción en el turno de noche se mostró poco cordial y no muy dispuesto a ayudar. Solicité un cambio de sábanas debido a que las encontré en un estado no adecuado. Sin embargo, la respuesta que recibí fue que podía proporcionarme las sábanas que necesitara, pero que debía cambiarlas yo misma, ya que él no podía hacerlo. Esto me sorprendió, pues esperaba que, habiendo pagado por varios días, recibiría una habitación limpia y confortable desde el principio. Al expresar mi inconformidad, me trasladaron a una habitación algo mejor, que incluía una pequeña refrigeradora, la cual considero debió haber estado disponible desde nuestra llegada, sin necesidad de insistir tanto. Adicionalmente, observé que el saludo no era correspondido por parte del personal de recepción en la noche, lo cual es una cortesía que considero importante y esperaba por parte de un establecimiento de su categoría.

I love this hotel very convenient

This hotel is located right in the heart of Zona Colonial. You can walk to a majority of museums and historical sites. The hotel itself was clean, bright and well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall it was a great stay and I absolutely would go there again...

I feel is suited for me since is close to my center of activities, and is close to restaurants plus it has a lovely balcony access on the upper floors.

This place is a gem! Best area to be in the city Zion Colonial district (I think I got that right). The hotel was clean, staff super friendly and helpful(love Edward super nice overnight staff), the patio was great for people watching. Location is awesome! A place half a block a way with tons of cultural entertainment and plenty of dining options. Also there is a supermarket up the street if you want to buy anything. 10/10 would stay here again.
