Hotel Merey

We had a bit of difficulty at the beginning due to the fact that they were over booked and the room we had confirmed wasn’t available. The hotel front desk agent wasn’t polite, she was actually a bit rude. We had to contact the third party customer service to try to assist us and when we did the hotel front desk agent said forget it that she will handle it. And gave us the room and said she will just have to deal with the other guest when they arrive

El bar esta cerrado desde pandemia, las habitaciones tienen algunas grietas y el olor no es agradable. Los de recepción son poco empaticos. La chica que sirvio el desayuno y el seguridad son los unicos con mejor comunicación. Y solo tienen pan con huevo y jugo de chinola o limon , deberian hacer ciertos arreglos empezando con el personal.

Small spaces and to much noise around this hotel

The area was dirty and noisy. They have a roach problem at the hotel. The breakfast chioces were non existent.

When we arrive they sent us somewhere else which was horrible we had no running water for a whole day place was dirty there was roaches they serve the same thing everyday

Interior run down. Noisy. Staff is friendly though. Neighborhood questionable, lots of trash outside.

It was great

We picked this property because it was in the heart of places we wanted to see and we could walk to. Traffic was horrific, but I was able to manage with our car and we were able to parallel park very close every time. The rooms were small, but for the price and the free breakfast, it was easy to get over it. You get what you pay for, a place to sleep and breakfast in the morning. There is a restaurant right across the street that has great food and there is a market on the other corner. We were in our rooms most nights as it got dark, the street noise does quiet down as it gets later, and the other guests were very respectful with their noise levels. Even though the area might look a little sketchy, for someone new to traveling outside the US, we didn't have any damage done to our car and felt very safe walking around in the daytime.

La atención de las personas de recepción, excelente! me ayudaron en todo momento. El desayuno no empieza puntual y a veces uno cuenta con eso para salir. Hotel sencillo pero limpio y económico

The hotel is central to almost every major tourist site. The receptionists have good customer service

I saw rats and cockroaches in the room where I stayed, All of the snacks I bought were destroyed by rats. Toilet and bathroom was dirty.

Place was run down. Sorry tiny. Very inconvenient and didn’t feel safe. The receptionist was sleeping when arrived

The staff didn’t tell us about the breakfast, the internet service and i was at the 4 floor and nobody help us with the baggage
