Bluezone Apartments

The perfect place to stay for a few days if you want to be in the downtown business district of Quito. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as the Megamaxi supermarket, Carolina park and cinema. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Carmen was an absolute sweetheart. Would definitely stay there again.

I stay in the apartment for 5 nights. The place is clean, beautiful and near everything but it needs to be renovated. The water heat didn’t work well it will be hot and cold with in seconds without touching anything. The master bathroom needs renovation and a good curtain after shower the floor gets really wet. Besides these details is a good place to stay.

Great location! Easy to get a taxi to anywhere in Quito.

Bluezone Apartments have several buildings that Carmen manages. They are all very nice. If you would rather live or visit as a local resident instead of a hotel guest, this is the company to do business with. I will be relocating from Michigan to Quito within the next year and staying in their properties a few times now (as opposed to a hotel) is making the transition much more simple. This is a positively first rate company for any expats as myself to do business with. Love Quito and Carmen and all her staff!

The apartment was excellent, spotless and located exactly in the neighborhood that I personally was looking for. Planning on becoming an expat from Michigan it was a perfect location. Carmen, the manager of the property, was amazingly helpful and went over and above what you would hope to find on a first visit. I could not recommend this property any better.

BlueZone Apartments has excellent service. We got an email from Carmen prior to our arrival explaning the process. She set up our transport from the airport to the apartment. Giovanny picked us up and was very profesional and gave us great ideas of things to do in Ecuador. When we arrived at the apartment Carmen was waiting and took us up and explainted everything in great detail. The apartment was furnished and the kitchen had everything you would need and more. The área was one of the best áreas in Ecuador. Lot´s of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping centers, grocery stores, huge park one block away, access to the local bus system. Building has 24 hour security who are all very nice and helpful.

Wonderful Bargain- These rooms are hotel rooms, they are studio apartments in a nice area just south of Quicentro a large Quito shopping center. My studio was nicely furnished and impeccably clean. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Very noisy neighborhood. We arrived on the worst weekend ever. Party until 3am everyday of our stay. Very strange noises all night.

Excellent place. Good location. Great stuff. OK breakfaast. For the price, excellent.

First, the location was excellent - close to all the government offices and Carolina park. Second, excellent locations and lack of constant street noise are usually mutually exclusive, but not in this case. We could actually get a restful night's sleep - the little dogleg that takes this apartment away from the main drag ensured that traffic noise was almost non-existent, and we did not have to lie awake listening to the incessantly blaring car alarms and sirens that are so typical of Quito nights. Third, the apartment was impeccable. Housekeeping came in every day and kept it spotless, and the comfy beds, great showers, and plush towels all made for a very relaxing stay. In my opinion, this is the best place in Quito and we will stay there every time we've got to visit the government offices. You are walking distance from several good restaurants and from the SuperMaxi and Banco Pichincha. The Mall El Jardin and CCI are both just a short cab ride away - 4-5 minutes. Walking distance to Carolina park too. We stayed for a few days, and for 5 bucks the housekeeper took our laundry and returned it clean 2 hours later. The kitchen was well-equipped and it cut down on eating-out costs. And of course, Carmen, the coordinator, was just wonderful. Grab this place if you can - you won't find better in Quito!

We stayed here for 3 nights upon arriving in Quito. We didn't speak much Spanish but the management (Carmen) was very helpful and spoke quite good English. She picked us up from the airport and made us feel very welcome, and made our stay more enjoyable as we knew she was only a phone call away for any help.

Buscaba algo cómodo, moderno y funcional para algunos días en Quito y encontré el lugar ideal. Es un departamento, no un hotel.
