From the moment we arrived, the warmth and kindness of the family made us feel truly at home. They provided personalized advice tailored to our needs, answered all our questions with genuine friendliness, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible. The location is perfect—just two blocks from the Malecón (seafront) and about a seven-minute walk to Playa Mann. It made exploring San Cristóbal easy and convenient. And let’s not forget the family dog—we even fell in love with him. Casa de Nelly isn’t just a place to stay; it’s an experience filled with hospitality and heart. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to friends and family.

Stood up at the port after they offered to pick us up. AC in room did not work, told the front desk but nothing was done. Spiders in room. Staff was friendly and location was convenient.
