It is located in the center of the city. Everything is easy accecible transformation, restaurants, banks , shopping centers. This is the 3rd time i have gone with my family to GUAYAQUIL and stayed in Malecon. The staff are friendly and very helpful not to mention free breakfast. The rooms are clean and in order as well. The hotel is to sleep and wash howvwr it has a nice living room area for guests . Which i used.

I stayed at Malecon and it was convenient. In the heart of restaurants ,banks, stores,easy transportation taxis and the breakfast is included. Air conditioner and water runs well. It was hot outside the hotel. It was 90 degrees in December. Malecon Inn is a nice hotel to sleep and run your errands.

It is conveniently located a block away from Malecon 2000 and it has food options within a block as well. It is rundown and in need of serious repairs. Amenities shown in Expedia, like a restaurant, are non existent. They were repairing the floors when we were there so hopefully it will get better. The lobby personnel were friendly and very helpful.

Room was dirty, roach in the bathroom, toilet seat broken, signs of mold in ceiling. Broken elevator had to walk up and down 7 floors. Staff never acknowledge or apologize about issues. On the plus side, good location next to many amenities.

They said they did not have an accurately room when we arrived and it was because Expedia website had connectivity issues. We argued with the guy at front because they obviously sold our room to other people (we arrived at 22:40 at the hotel) they made us wait for 45 minutes and they gave us a room. Awful, disgusting behavior don't recommend this place to anyone.

This is an average hotel. You get what you pay for. Nothing special. I had booked a room with a double bed and the front desk gave me a family room with four beds. It was an interior room with no real windows and the air conditioner worked, but the temperature could not be changed. Downtown is not the best place to be in Guayaquil. Overall the room was clean but showing its age.

This wasn’t a hotel it was a motel is nothing what the picture have it’s very dirty and old and Infestad it’s in a very bad Neighborhood Lots of trafficking going on no lights at the parking lot so very easy to get rob I don’t recommend this place to no one be careful
