Second time here. While the rooms are a bit older, location, food, staff, shuttle to SoHo square etc. are on point. Beach is great, soft sand, can walk out 100+ feet to your waist. Sea is warm, pool is big, pool bar is good, restaurants on site are good. Didn’t see many other Canadians (was like 99% Russian guests lol) but I highly recommend!

All inclusive without using the Identification bracelet is a big problem, with almost every request from any bar or restaurant you will be asked for room number and they check the and get confirmation. Need to find a better way

At check-in the rooms we had booked were not ready (it was 9pm) - it took over an hour to get to the room. When we asked about dinner, they said everything was closed and you had to book your spot in the restaurant 24 hours before (so really if you want dinner the first night make sure to book before you arrive). When we finally go to the rooms my sons were getting ready for bed and there was blood and lipstick on all the sheets in both rooms. Also the counters and floor were covered in dirt, hair and water marks. It took an hour to get housekeeping to come and throughly clean the room - this is totally against
