Amazing location, super central, right across the road from Tahrir square. Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities and hygiene can be improved.

Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff, great area for exploring downtown cairo. Hotel staff helped me secure a taxi last minute otherwise would have missed my flight. Thanks

Reasonable for the price, however downtown cario without any sort of noise dampening is not fun. Also general condition of the building and toiletries is basic. It was listed as 4star and yet all we got were a couple of sachets of shampoo for a week stay. But like i said for price it was ok just not at standard we expected.

This place was an absolute dump. They should be charging $5 usd or less. We arrived to the hotel and were soon brought to a neighboring property a block away. Conditions were gross. We just needed a place to put our bags but this place did not feel safe or secure. There was mold everywhere….

Very bad hotel and not as seen in pictures, I don’t like the area.

Breakfast was awful. No cleaning around the property and in it Cafe is dirty and cats walking on food preparation areas. Unfortunately it will be no returning for me.As much as I like convince and perfect location . Sadly i will not recommend this hotel 😕

This is not a hotel.. it’s apartment building the owner rents few apartments and made it hotel. I wouldn’t consider it a hotel or even a motel. The only good thing about this is the location of the hotel because it’s in the down town. That’s it

Het was ronduit een smerig vies vuil hotel stopcontact in de badkamer lag open rond de wc lag een smerige plas water ( als het water was ) de douche was echt vies en we hebben dus ook niet gedoucht daar op de foto zag het ontbijt er erg goed uit helaas ook een nepfoto net als de foto's van de kamers gelukkig waren we er maar voor 1nacht dit hotel is klaar voor de sloop moet verboden worden om hier mensen te laten verblijven...o sterren is nog te veel

Péssima estadia. Hotel precário, funcionários imprestáveis, elevador vc tem que chamar alguem p/passar o cartão p/ o elevador subir, quarto sem janela, cheiro de cigarro,banheiro alaga com facilidade, Acabei fazendo meu check out antes do previsto, pefi uma toalha de banho e IM tapete cedo e a funcionária da limpeza disse que ia me arrumar. Chego a noite p/ tomar banho e peço para o rapaz que está na recepção p/me arranjar as toalhas. Além de demorar me informa que não tinha nem toalha e tapete p/me arranjar pq estava fechado a lavanderia e onde guardam as toalhas e p/ começar no 1° dia do tinha 2 toalhas de rosto. Fiquei indignado e fiz o check out antecipado. Este hotel foi o pior que já fiquei e a equipe é péssima e extremamente imprestável.
