Staff are friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out are very quick. Also I like the hotel near Metro station. It's very helpful to have free shuttle bus to airport every hour. I only wish the breakfast would provide more variety and more local cuisine. Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay.

This hotel was totally one of my favorite. Here is the negative. The front desk people are a little off. They couldn’t be bothered. It’s odd. The nightly show was said to be Russian. It was hilariously bad. It had nothing to do with Russia. I have been to Russian performances before and they’re usually elegant. Not this one. The dances were not Russian and the dancers were not Russian. The whole thing was a farce. ATM machines were not working. The bank system was constantly down. The pool needs to be open longer so we can enjoy it. Ok. The positive. Everyone was helpful. 10/10 for all staff Members (6/10 for the front desk folks). Food was awesome everywhere in every joint. Having horses message and different cuisines was outstanding. My rental car had a flat and I had a cop and 2 valet people rush to my rescue. Everything was just lovely. I totally recommend it. Great place. It feels like a resort a bit which is great.

The room was clean Breakfast and room service were good Customer service also helped The reception desk and management services were terrible. I had requested the hotel reception to pre-authorize a certain amount on my credit card for room service orders. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and instead, a final sale transaction of this amount was processed without my authorization. Admittedly, I didn’t read the entire receipt at the time — my mistake. However, I had expected a level of trust and professionalism from the hotel team, which was not met. The deputy manager later informed me that pre-authorization transactions typically take 21 to 28 working days to be released back to the account. That’s understandable — but it’s beside the point. The core issue is that my request was disregarded, and the team decided what they thought was best for me! This experience has been disappointing.

Brilliant really nice hotel..its about 30 minute taxi ride from center and 1 hour from pyramids..but taxi only 4 to 6 pounds ..enjoy the car journey it is crazy..but i think that 30minutes is a blessing ..nice pool you cannot here the carnage going on outside ..cairo is a delightful place you will love it ..it takes a couple of days to grow into the mayhem .but enjoy it ..the ask once then leave you alone

So far our stay has many inconveniences. The front desk forgot a digit from the wifi password. That took up an hour of our time. After a three minute shower the floor basin filled up with water. Staff came up. The drain was full of hair. He touched the loose toilet seat but it only seems worse. The mini fridge was not on and doesn’t seem to be keeping cool. Finally, the bathroom door was the most wicked squeak whenever moved. Enough to wake the soundest sleeper. Little attention to details to give guests a pleasant stay.
