Crowne pyramids palace

Staff were amazing, great sized room, very clean. Would have given 5 stars but the location isn’t great, with a lack of shops or restaurants close by. The hotel restaurant/cafe prices are super expensive and the room had coffee cups and a kettle but no tea and coffee. 200 Egyptian pounds for an instant coffee with frothed milk at their cafe.

The people here are great, they are very knowledgeable and accommodating. It was very easy to change times and rearrange tours. It is a very welcoming place to stay, it is family ran and makes you feel as a house guest. There are many near by shops and stores that you can walk to also.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel did not match what was advertised on the website. The online presentation made the hotel appear much better, the reality was noticeably different

We had an amazing time in Egypt! This hotel was amazing-all the staff are friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. There were clean linens, a delicious breakfast and of course incredible views of the Pyramids. I will definitely stay here for my next trip and highly recommend!

I enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace, friendly staff and convenience of everything, setting up tours and a shuttle to and fron the airport were a great help.

5 star family hospitality! If you are looking for a nice clean safe and affordable guesthouse, Crowne Pyramids View Inn is the place! From the minute we arrive the owner Ahmed and Mohamed made us feel right at ease. We arrived on a 5am flight. Their driver met us at right outside arrivals and took us straight to the hotel. We were very tired after a 19 hour flight, , they let us check in and gave us a temporary room to sleep until our room was ready around 10am. Ahmed personally catered to our every need and want and went well above and beyond to make sure our vacation went smooth. They arranged all of our private tours with very knowledgeable and friendly drivers and guides. I loved that we had the same driver/guide all week and all of our tours were private and included lunch and entrance fees. We became great friends with our driver, Islam. He even brought my husband a going away gift when he came to take us back to the airport! They made us feel safe and escorted us everywhere we went. Ahmed brought us around Giza to experience the local vibe, ride a tuk tuk and even invited us into his family home for a lovely meal prepared by his mother. We asked about arranging a ride to the mall and Mohamed personally drove us there and treated us to a dinner at a nice restaurant. The staff is amazing the waiters and maids were so friendly and always made sure we had everything we need. The views from both the terrace and the roof absolutely amazing!

This hotel is small and family run. It is on the 12th floor by elevator and has an gob smacking view of the pyramids from the veranda. We could see the pyramids from our room as well, which had excellent aircon. There is a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the pyramids and Giza. They arranged personalised tours for us at our own convenience and the tour guide was exceptional. Above all everyone at the hotel was friendly, welcoming, helpful, understanding and polite. We had a fantastic holiday in Giza/Cairo made more special by our stay at the Crowne Pyramids Palace. Very happy.

The people here made the stay worth it! They are very kind! I can’t say enough about them all! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to because the staff. We got a room with a view of the Pyramids, it was nice to wake up each morning with that view.

The hotel staff was amazing, always trying to please us. The hotel is very close to the pyramids, the food option is good and the breakfast as well.

The environment had a nice friendly atmosphere. Staff were helpful and bilingual. So communication was not a issue. The balcony view of the Pyramids of Giza was a bonus.
