El Karma Aqua Beach Resort

The hotel offers plenty of facilities, so even when a large number of rooms are occupied, it never feels crowded. They made sure to provide something for everyone’s taste. Although it’s an all-inclusive concept, they’ve ensured there are several bars, quick service, and no waiting in lines. The food is good for this type of hotel, and the variety is also excellent. A big compliment goes to the staff — they are efficient and not intrusive. Also, praise to the vendors offering additional services such as spa programs, excursions, etc., who are polite, respectful, straightforward, and kind. This is my fifth visit to Egypt, and I’m pleasantly surprised by the changes in the hosts’ attitude. I had a small issue with the air conditioning, which was resolved immediately. The rooms are large and spacious, with balconies. Towels are changed daily, and water, coffee, and tea are replenished. Swimming at the beach is from a pier that has sunbeds and umbrellas. There are several pools — all clean, with comfortable sunbeds and friendly staff. I recommend this hotel to families (it has an Aqua Park, amusement park, etc.), yet it remains peaceful without noise and shouting. I’d also recommend it to those seeking a relaxing vacation, as the resort is large and offers something for every preference. Thank you, El Karma, for the vacation I truly need it!

Room was cleaned every day, towels changed. Hotel clean and tidy, staff looked after us - very helpful and polite.
