JAZ Elite Amara

It's a lovely hotel: very clean, very high standards of food and drinks, and very attentive staff in the beach, dining and social areas. However some of the reception staff were very unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable at times. Particularly as I booked initially for 1 person - the room cost is the same for 1 and 2 but I thought to be a bit more eco friendly they could then leave fewer towels etc. When I tried to add a second person they refused and said it would be additional cost, even when I showed them their own website that the cost for 1 and 2 people was the same so I'd essentially already paid. It was only when I asked them to tell me how much it would cost that they finally agreed to add the person, and even then did not update the system properly so that when they arrived the next morning they had no record. I'd have expected much better service from such a luxury hotel, it just seemed like they were out to get more money even though they were already making more from me as a single guest. The stay was otherwise great but this really put a sour note on it

Amazing experience, very good and well-staffed team and manager Mr Wael pays great attention to every detail. I do travel worldwide and particularly in Egypt across the red sea and i have never came across a great hotel like Jaz Amara. Not to forget about the all inclusive option which was amazing as well.

Hotel is bright new. Operates from last November. Nice architecture, lot of swiming pools. Beachfront nice with bar and restaurant. Good quality food. Rooms are spacy, view at pools or beach.

It was awesome experience started with receptionists staff by completing check in process while have a seat and drink welcoming drink.The hotel almost new opened and has diving center which luckily close to ‘ marsa mubark’ one of the famous spot dive in marsa alam . The food was incredible with multi varieties.

Very modern, good food and exceptional friendly staff .

Grundsätzlich ist es ein sehr solides Hotel, modern und schön! Alle Mitarbeiter sind herzlich und aufmerksam. Es gibt schöne Riffe zum Schnorcheln. Drei à la carte Restaurants konnten kostenfrei reserviert werden, was positiv war. Was uns sehr gestört hat, war, dass man die Strandtücher nur auf dem Zimmer um 17 Uhr wechseln konnte. Meine Frau und ich hatten eine Lebensmittelvergiftung, die uns den Urlaub verdorben hat.

Bellissimo

Struttura molto bella ed il personale tutto molto gentile! Forse la spiaggia un po’ deludente, là presenze di una decine di barche x turisti che invadevano la baia e le barche che impuzzolentivano tutta la baia che stanziavano dalle 9 del mattino fino alle 19 del pomeriggio.

Schönes Hotel in einer wunderschönen Bucht. Perfekt zum Schnorcheln. Schildkröten bei jedem Schnorchelgang und auch Dugongs zu sehen. Service im Main Restaurant leider mässig. Alles andere perfekt!

traumhaftes Hausriff phantastisches Essen

Das Jaz Elite Amara, ist ein Wunderschönes Hotel mit Hervorragenden Essen und Service. Die Spezialitäten Restaurants ein Gedicht. Wenn uns etwas nicht gefallen hat wurde darauf sofort reagiert. Das Personal ist um seine Gäste wirklich bemüht. Baulärm trotz Baustelle nebenan, konnten wir nicht feststellen. Der Strandabschnitt ist sehr klein und dadurch sehr eng gestellt. Die Bucht Wunderschön, man kann vom Strand super schnorcheln. Wer nicht Lärmempfindlich ist, den werden auch die bis zu 10 Ausflugsschiffe die dort Vorort die, dieTagesgäste planschen lassen nicht stören. Ebenfalls stinkt es da oft extrem nach Diesel, wenn die Boote nicht abschalten. Alles in allem ein tolles neues Hotel, wo der Gast König ist. Für die Ausflugschiffe kann das Hotel nichts und trotzdem muss ich es in die Bewertung einfließen lassen. Ich mag es eher Ruhig und darum ist es für mich persönlich eher nichts.
