Awesome hotel

I booked a three-day stay but ended up checking out after the first day because the conditions were unbearable. The room had bedbugs, and when I reported it, the staff didn’t take the situation seriously. The hotel was dirty, clearly not well maintained, and the food was downright nasty. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this place until they address these serious hygiene and customer service issues.

For the price it was good value. The staff have been wonderful and accomodating.

Stay was ok. Quick check in and helpful cleaning staff Mohammed. Beddings could be improved they were very bubbly and some had stains on them had to request to be changed. Ground floor that gives access to beach are tiled and therefore very slippery, prone to accidents. The stairs leading to the ground beach floor is also very slippery when wet . Otherwise ok stay. Food could be improved in variety and maybe notifying guests what floor food will be served in daily. The beach could be scraped and cleared of all the corals as there are sea snakes on the rocks in the evenings.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent and well-maintained amenities. Overall, the hotel is good, but room service must be requested through reception, and a few staff members weren't very friendly, although most—especially at the front desk and restaurant—were welcoming.

Our recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, plagued by an astonishing array of issues. the promised amenities were non-existent, with no Wi-Fi connection— lost a lot of my business .room 309, initially no electricity for over 40 minutes, TV service was completely non-functional. I nearly suffered serious injury from a broken bed. the bathroom mirror was broken and sharp, doors have broken locks, leaving us unable to secure our privacy. the booking is all-inclusive. The hotel attempted to charge us for water, tea, and coffee. the night shift receptionist was kind enough. no room phone connection to reception,the air conditioner operating without a filter, showers running cold after 7 PM. only one towel per room for three guests unless you order more. The beach is not sandy, was treacherous with sharp stones, rocks, broken glass, tiles, and even stray dogs. Dining was equally disappointing, and with a very low level,the restaurant staff were friendly. We have countless pictures documenting these myriad problems. Maybe the staff may have dislike for foreigners, especially those from the USA, someone advising us not to complain until after departure to avoid further issues. tried to cancel the second night booking, but more than 6 times, they never answered expedia calls or emails. summary, our stay was a continuous litany of severe shortcomings and safety hazards, making it unequivocally clear that this hotel is simply unfit for guests and a profound disappointment.
