Amazing view from my window, super friendly staff, good breakfast

Besides our pick up, it was an misunderstanding, we were very happy with our stay there. Its not fancy, but more like a family hotel. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Close to the museum , price is good. Got confused with the entrance, but overall very happy with the budget price and the staff.

Nice and clean Staff were wonderful and were ready to assist Pleasant and friendly as well. Located in a good area for sightseeing and shopping

They gave me a room with a balcony facing one of their busiest streets and eventhough the balcony door was shut I could smell the exhaust fumes all night , even with the ac on , very dangerous

Good location right next door to Museum. Staff was just wonderful. Loved the staff and they also had a very good breakfast.

Amazing experience here. Great, friendly staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. My breakfasts were especially nice, prepared right in front of me in a homestyle setting and served with great coffee and conversation!

It is an OK hotel

I gave this property an excellent rating, since it provided what I expected for the price and location. Traffic noise was loud in the rooms adjacent to the street; however, this was expected and did not bother my wife and me. Suggest you request a room not by the street or look for another hotel, if you’re adverse to traffic noise. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The hotel is located inside a building with other tenants. The entry is not pretty, but who cares? – not me. The staff was fantastic. They were very friendly and eager to have conversation and help us in any way possible. They arranged excellent private tours and transportation. We were served a simple, home style breakfast every day, prepared by the friendly receptionist on duty in the morning. This is not the Ritz Carlton, so for about $40 a night you should not expect what you’d get for $900 a night at the Ritz.

Arriving at the hostel, I found that they had not booked a room. The explanation they gave me was that they had stopped working with Expedia.They sent me to a neighboring hostel for one night telling me that the next day they would book their best room for us.But the room they gave us had nothing to do with that of the photos on Expedia. It was very small while the room I had booked was 30 square meters.Because I kept complaining about this situation, the next day they finally gave us another room, which was really like the one I had booked . The building as a whole is disgusting, the guards at the entrance of the building are scary and the cleanliness in the hostel is not very good. It is worth mentioning that the cleanliness everywhere in Cairo is at a much lower level than European hotels.However , I find the very good comments about the hostel too much and I think that they do not correspond to reality , with the exception of the receptionists , who are all very polite.

Voor dat ik naar deze Hotel kwam verbleef ik in een andere hotel in Giza. Het was echt een groot verschil met deze hotel. Qua hygiënisch, ligging, personeel krijg deze hotel een 10 van mijn. Ik verbleef in kamer 204. Deze kamer was heel schoon Vanaf mijn balkon had ik een prachtige uit zicht. Over de plein en het Egyptische Museum. De ligging van deze hotel is centraal. Er zijn er heel veel leuke winkeltjes, restaurants in de buurt. De Nijl ligt op 3 minuten loopafstand. Het ontbijt was heerlijk alles was vers. Pluspunt is dat deze letterlijk met liefde wordt bereid waar je bij bent. Minpunt is dat ik mijn telefoon oplader bent vergeten 😢 Al met al is het zeker een aanrader en betaalbaar.

Disfruté mucho mi estancia. La ubicación del lugar es formidable. El personal fue sumamente amable. Wafaa, Muhammed, Asmaa y Heba me ayudaron en todo momento. La habitación contaba con todo lo necesario. El desayuno estuvo riquísimo. Muchas gracias!!

写真と実際の部屋が全く違うのが問題だ。写真では２ベットで開放的なバルコニーがあるが、実際は詳細にあるように１ベットでバルコニーはない。窓はあるが空は見えず、暗い光の入らないものだった。また、シャワーの排水溝がつまっており、シャワーを使い続けると、トイレ側に水があふれる。トイレとシャワー室の境の段差が１ｃｍくらいしかないためでありとびらとこの境がずれている。部屋自体はものすごくきれいだが、写真と実物が全く違うこと、暗いこと、シャワーが最悪である。スタッフは良い。7
