Royal Beach Serviced Apartments

Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the hotel was nice and the staff were great. However, the internet was unreliable and the beach mats could use a good clean. Still, it was a relaxing trip and we’d consider coming back.

Bloody awful, really was, one day there was dog or cat poo on the stairs and 3 hours later it was still there.

Royal beach is visually stunning with friendly staff. However on arrival the security is more interested in tips than turning on boiler, making sure TV and WiFi works. Fridge hardly gets cold. WiFi is intermittent. Would have been nice to have soap and shampoo at flat.

Top very quiet place and the staff always available to help.

The hotel is brand new. So you can stay alone and quiet. The stuff is very helpful but most of them are trainees, they are learning because they don't have experience at all.

Super hotel... Uns hat es echt gut gefallen... Der eigene strand vom hotel echt schön. Und das essen super lecker ☺️ Alle waren total lieb und hilfsbereit DANKE♥️ Die lage hat uns auch gefallen... Man hatte alles was nötig ist in der umgebung des hotels... außer zur city war es doch einbischen weit... Aber sind mit den taxi gut rumgekommen... Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist , die zimmer könnten sauberer sein und auf hygiene achten. Möbeln waren auch sehr alt und kaputt... Echt traurig für so ein schönes Hotel...

Für den Preis sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten. Allgemein ein wenig Heruntergekommen. Personal war soweit hilfsbereit. Wlan-ist nur im Eingangsbereich nutzbar! Zwischendurch Strom abgestellt weil kein Kredit mehr auf dem Zähler! Wasserdruck ab und zu nicht genügend zum Duschen!

Pas de paroi au niveau de la douche donc la salle de bain était inondée après chaque douche Eau de la douche bouillante même en se mettant sur l’eau froide il fallait attendre 22h pour que les canalisations refroidissent Piscine qui ferme à 18h et le seul bar de l’hôtel aussi ! Vue sur des travaux qui commencent dès 8h du matin avec des marteaux piqueurs Environnement très sale dans les rues autour de l’hôtel Wifi quasiment inexistant Personnel peu sympathique sauf à la piscine et au bar Nous sommes restés 15 jours et les draps et serviettes n’ont jamais été changé supérette absente alors que noté dans le descriptif aucune activité ni soirée proposée Nombre de transats limité à la piscine beaucoup de locaux qui viennent profiter de la piscine dans la journée qui gênent la tranquillité des vacanciers je ne recommande pas

Güzeldi arkadaşımla çok beğendik. Konum biraz sıkıntıydı. Otel mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı seçeneği azdı. Havuz ve deniz harikaydı. Menülere yemeklerin resimleri eklenmeli. Biz ingilizce bilmediğimiz için biraz menülerde zorlandık. Odamızda tavak çatal kaşık tava vb vardı ama bıçak eklenmesi gerekiyor normal bıcakla kesmek zor oluyordu. Tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyorum.

Zimmer ist klein. Es Fehlt eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft schlecht ab.

L’appartement était très propre avec une vue magnifique ! À proximité il y a des épiceries, boutiques de fruits et plusieurs très bons restaurants. Les piscines sont top et l’accès à la plage très proche.

Gefallen hat uns,das es eine wunderschöne Anlage war. Gefallen hat uns nicht dass wir Frühstück gebucht haben nach ewigen hinundher,endlich nach 2tagen der Ankunft das Frühstück auf unserem Zimmer einnehmen konnten.wir hatten auch das gefühl dass man uns nicht wirklich verstehen wollte.

Salle de bain trop petite , et manque de ménage mais sinon très belle piscine

Der manglede håndsæbe. Der var ingen rengøring på vores værelse under opholdet, så vi manglede også wc papir til sidst. Maden var dårlig. Og morgenmaden tog de over en halv time om at komme med, selvom vi var de eneste gæster på hotellet. Sengen og hovedpuden var meget hård, så vi sov rigtig dårligt. Men personalet var rigtig søde og venlige i receptionen, og i restauranten!

In the front of Hotel are many construction rouinen around the road are also the way on the road signs with a simple placat, this can be helpful for the taxidriver. cleaning of the climate system, through this mosquitoes come into the rooms (sorry for the blood stain on the duvet cover, the mosquito was awful). the service peronal is the perfect personal ever, they will find at day as night a workable solution for everything. I am grateful for the exhausting- but that was a nice stay and hope that the pre-cleaning of the room was acceptable. the dishes of the previous was a little bit tenants. I would like to prepare you, for successive guests, sufficient toilet paper and detergent, and a towel to dry ready to lay. Bye Mr. Lechner

Résidence quasi vide en partie envahie par les pigeons - pas de wifi sauf à la reception Nous avons galère pendant 1h avant que le taxi ne la trouve!!! La côte est archi bétonnée et plages artificielle polluee

整個酒店200間房看來只有5至10間是出租..我門口的走廊的燈是未完成..令整條酒廊都很暗很不安！出租圖中有煮食爐但沒提供..到大堂詢問..整天只是回答你「處理中」..但毫無改善.. 我間房是在盡頭..加上沒燈在走廊..左右房間均沒住客..要求轉房..但他們每次都是回答「我會幫助你轉房」..但我入住了4天！足足4天！根本沒改變！
