Sunny Days El Palacio Resort & Spa - All inclusive

Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The sea, weather, and food were excellent and truly enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the attitude and level of support provided by some members of the reception team upon arrival, which negatively impacted the beginning of my stay. While the resort has many positive aspects, I believe additional staff training and improvements in guest service would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Reception staff are nice and helpful. Restaurant is okay but food not the best and drinks specially from coffee machines are terrible. Rooms are very old with old furniture and need renovation. Beach is okay and ground is rocky and needs more attention from staff regarding cleanliness.

Don’t stay here . It takes you ages to get to reception if you are in room 6035. They are under construction so it’s very noisy !!!! It’s dirty with cola bottles and plastic in the ocean. The all inclusive has so many restrictions . The food is disgusting , the FISH HOUSE fish is is inedible . ONG I could go on forever .Dont waste your money . The staff try and bribe you all the time .

Staff are rude and unhelpful! Rooms are run down, WiFi does not work for iPhones - as I was told by reception. You can only use the standard buffet restaurant all others you are unable to book. Terrible experience. Walked to the marina most days to get out of the hotel

Very beautiful hotel

For this price, this hotel is best choice. Staffs are nice. Food is not great. But for the price is good. I will be back again.

Very nice view rooms could be cleaned abit batter but overall it’s fair to say they were liveable The food was a no go spent most days without food on a all inclusive holiday

I really liked my stay here! The staff was wonderful, outside property beautiful, great location, and easy to get around. The only discrepancy was my room when I checked in, every was clean except for the floor, it was a little wet and grimey, so I grabbed one of the extra towels from the bathroom and did a quick mop up of the bedroom floor to dry and clean it up so I could walk around with dry feet. That, and, I fiund out on premise, for non Eastern European visitors, like myself, the main cuisine in the main restaurant was Eastern European, not Egyptian, but the other restaurants with various other cuisines open only for dinner. So I had Eastern European style breakfast and lunch, which was OK, but I was hoping for a more international menu from their main restaurant open for all meals, now I know. Still, 4.5 stay for me, thanks again!

Location very good only a few miles from the main market. Beautiful scenery and clean pool. Rooms were not the best n could’ve done with some refurbishment, shower water pressure was low as well.

Lovely resort with all facilities. Pleasant staff. Right on the beach. Slight trouble now and then with language, but overall a very good experience.

We are trusting to any hotel that is in the portfolio of Expedia and are sure that we shall not have any unpleasant surprise. I am very sad to say that Sunny Days El Palacio Resort & Spa , was the most unpleasant , awful and disaster stay that we had in our life. I would like to rank out few unacceptable service and experience that we had in this Hotel. INFECTION: 1. One day after the arrival first myself and one day later my wife had a very heavy Intestine poisoning. We had a total watery diarrhea with heavy body ache and weakness. We noticed that during the same days some other families faced the same situation. It was not a subject that we could prove with laboratorial research results. 2. When we have shared this horrible situation with the Food and Beverage management, they were apologizing in a manner like it’s a very normal situation. Just showing a fake interest and protecting themselves just with one word “we are sorry “ 3. During this period they were showing a deep regret but when we asked them from the morning to boil us potatoes for the dinner, they forgot and apologies by

Will not recommend it, room had separate beds, bedding old and not properly cleaned, same with the bathtub. Wi-Fi is horrible and even when I paid for extra, it was not good. The food not high quality but can be eaten. However, the facilities are great, pool and beach are fantastic!! So it’s not bad at all but the rooms need a simple upgrade.

Much better than some reviews would have you believe. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food edible. The only downside are the very small plastic cups used for the drinks- not eco friendly. There are a few sales people trying to get you on trips but you can bargain them down or book yourself online. The Wi-Fi is rubbish almost non existent. Russians are the most prominent group

Hotel grounds is beautiful swimming pool is very nice. The only thing is the rooms is very very outdated and needs big remodelling and the food was not to my taste

The place is good and services are good too. There is a sense of generosity from the resort to the guests, and staff very friendly and kind including law enforcement who patrolled the resort they were very helpful and professional. You will definitely feel safer there than in the west. The only problem was the plumbing issue in our room, the water tap wasn’t functioning perfectly and the cold/hot water in the shower was messed up.
