Absolute jewel amazing place

We didn't have breakfast as my son was attending a fitness event at the NEC and had to leave early but we asked if a toaster could be provided, which it was. Super helpful. Lovely welcome. Plenty of parking. Directions spot on. Very close to NEC and Birmingham Airport. Lovely clean room with everything you need in there. Would definitely use again if we were flying from the airport or attending an event. Felt secluded, quiet and relaxing, yet so close to everything. Thank you again.

Lovely quiet location, parking immediately outside, very friendly welcome. Superb room, warm, clean, fun smart decor. Comfy beds with toppers. Lashings of hot water. Welcome tray with tea(s), coffee, hot choc, biscuits, squash, bottled water. These small things that make the difference included fresh milk in the fridge. Perfectly quiet pre airport/NEC stay. Would definitely return. Thank you!

Superb guest house, wonderful welcome, great breakfast and only 12/15 mins from the NEC. A definite luxury place to stay yet at a very reasonable price, thoroughly recommend.

What a diamond of accommodation this was. Wonderful directions provided ahead of arrival to find the property easily enough. Ample parking provided close to the entrance. Warmly greeted by Vicky who runs it with her husband, Mark. Shown to my room which I was very impressed with. For extra space as a solo traveller, I booked the family room for only £90. Their were 3 double beds with 2 in an adjoining room that you could partition with a curtain. The bathroom was decorated to a high standard with a very soothing shower at the end of a long day. I was given a suggestion for a nearby walk which worked out great and a local Greene King pub was only 10 minutes walk away and provided a great meal with wonderful service. I had a great night's sleep and breakfast in the morning was cooked to perfection. All in all, there was nothing I could find fault with hence my 5 star rating. Would love to stay there again.

This is the best guest house we have ever stayed in! Superb very helpful welcome, restaurant directions and alternatives. Lovely room, extensive breakfast, help with Uber taxis to the NEC. Ten to Fifteen minute drive to the latter, but house tucked away in an attractive quiet garden. Would we go again?— We would buy the place if the opportunity arose and we could afford it!!

Brilliant guest house. Absolutely recommend

Just returned from a 2night stay, Brilliant, made to feel very welcome from start vicky is a amazing host, nothing to much trouble, room was spotless and huge, coffee and tea ect plenty full with fresh milk in a fridge provided. Breakfast one of the best I've had at any hotel, never seen so many choices on offer of spreads, plus cereal fresh fruit Full English we will definitely go back there when we're up that way, Thank you Vicky and hubby
