Efficient, friendly staff and the hostess Donna couldnt help us enough,very nice lady,let us know where we could eat and drink. Very comfortable beds and the room was clean and immaculate.Complimentary continental breakfast which was unexpected but much appreciated., Great location for visiting Anfield and approx a 20min walk,but plenty of bars en route.
Will definitely stay again when we are next up,100% recommend.

Fantastic stay. Was greeted outside by staff who were super friendly. We got complimentary continental breakfast in the lovely dining room and a free room upgrade too!!! Parking was free and LFC games room in the basement was fab. I took my 17 year old son to the Liverpool game and it was perfect , only 20 mins walk . I will definitely use this guest house whenever I stay over for a game ⚽❤️ The staff are the main selling point though ❤️So welcoming and friendly .

Hair on beds,and they need new matresses they are all dipped in the middle mould smell in bathroom,thin walls and you can hear other guests.The staff are lovly but we wasmt offrred a breakfast opption

A fantastic stay! The location was ideal not too far from the city centre making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and their exceptional service made me feel right at home. I was also delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, I had a great experience and honestly can't find a single fault with my stay. I would highly recommend it!

The staff was friendly upon arrival. Took us to our room and showed us game room.
Small room, couldn’t access bed from both sides, mattress badly stained, comforter smelled unclean, no mattress pad, bathroom floor soft and unstable, sewer odor from toilet.

Weekend trip for the grand national at nearby Aintree. Convenient bus service #10 to town. Great staff and breakfast service. Lovely local pub down near the bus stop. Highly recommended.

The property was good on the outside but the reality was different on the inside. Uncomfortable beds, pillows, boiler in room emitted noise, found hair around the room, mouldy bread at breakfast, dirty table cloth, we really felt unclean and glad it was only one night!

Booked in here as all the thieves in town were charging a fortune, (St Paddys Weekend). Pleasantly surprised. Greeted by a lovely lady at check in. Got parked up in front of guest house. We were given a mini tour (breakfast area) and shown to our room. The room was a tad small ,but clean and very warm. It was a place to crash for a night. We walked into town, it's easy, downhill and about 40 mins. Taxi back at night cost £11. (Black cab). Didn't try breakfast (its help yourself continental plenty of cereals). We forgot to view the Liverpool themed thing downstairs.
