Good price/ not altogether bad… internet insufficient bandwidth for the entire block..slept good and quiet..

The room is not properly maintained. The microwave is extremity dirty at the top. It must not have been cleaned in a long time and the housekeeper refuses to change linens until after 4 night. I spent 5 nights and yet it didn’t get changed. Outright terrible.

Although the room was small it was clean had everything you needed sink shower microwave fridge TV heating everything you want ideal for my stay definitely use it again

Ceiling leaked down on me

The check in process is a joke. I was supposed to get a text with a lock box code that didn’t arrive. It took ages for someone to answer a call and when they did they sent me the wrong code. Recommend using email instead of text as travellers like me are using esims because of high roaming data charges. The day after I checked in the same thing happened to another guest. Just terrible

* Property cleanness is very poor. * Room is not up to the standard, there are many maintenance work to done. * Shower facility inside the room is not working. * This property is not safe to stay. This property is not recommended to anyone. Expedia should have a proper look before advertising on their website.

Took long to get check in code. Had to stay outside for awhile. Then the WiFi wasn’t working and it didn’t get fixed till I left. Even the toilet was broken. You’ll call they’ll take forever to answer and still won’t fix the problem. No accountability. Nothing.

Good place for the price. It's unstaffed so you'll have to make a phone call to pay for your room and get the code for the self-service locks. Only facilities I found lacking was the fact that there wasn't a single mirror and I had to buy my own.

I just needed a room for the night due to work in the area the following day. For the price, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The room (small apartment with shared toilet) had everything you need (fridge microwave, shower) and probably,d again surprisingly, a very comfy memory foam mattress. All was clean and directly opposite shops and a very good Indian restaurant. Parking, although road side, was ample. Would stay again.

Rooms are damp, cold and stinky.

1st room was nearly unbearable to breed, the smell of tobacco was that strong and impregnated. Could at least breed on my 2nd room. Mattress was very uncomfortable- felt sucked in by a sponge. Room service were in during the day - left me a towel on top of the bed but never made the bed. First time is came back to a room where the bed was left untouched by room service.

Had good kitchen facilities. Not far from station. Cheltenham is a lovely town. Good parks. Film festival.

Property was clean and well looked after. Good facilities for making tea and coffee. Nice spacious room. Slept well.

As a woman alone this is not a safe space to stay in. The place is in the middle of a rough council estate opposite 2 shops that have people in and out all the time, so with the front door is open all the time even when I shut it someone then came in and left it open. Anyone can walk in to the house. There are no caneras, a man knocked on my door after I was there 20 mins asking me to go for a drink snd did I need company, as he saw I came alone. The shared toilet was between me and another man, in a little corridor with no one else, anything could have happened to me. The toilet was filthy and I was so desperate to use it, I had to clean it gagging and heaving. I called company and asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else, although polite there was nothing they would do. I stayed 30 mins and felt so unsafe I had to leave, due to £100 deposit being took out and no refund I had to borrow money to book somewhere else. I am not normally scared so for me to say I felt unsafe then please believe me I was. I have emailed the company but no response so customer service is terrible too.
