Stayed for one night in June 2026 and were put up in teh Annex next door to the main building. The room was very clean and the whole had obviously been recently refurbished to a high standard. All the necessary items were in place, such as kettle, tea and coffee and we enjoyed a very pleasant overnight stay. We had to use a fan (already provided in the room) due to the warm weather but this did not affect our night. Would very much recommend this place to others.

Easy walk from Nine Elms, Receptionist very helpful, Room and en-suite immaculate and tea/coffee in room a plus😊 stayed for an appointment inUS embassy next day and got an Uber . Also Nine Elms just one stop from Battersea station and I’d say save the money from a hotel and spend on yourself shopping! 🛍️

Parking easy but £22.50 & a small bay. Room was small, but clean with comfy beds. Shower was fine, water pressure not great, but certainly not the worst!

Good location from downtown London. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was great. Biggest issues is that there was no air conditioning or ceiling fans, and the third floor was unbearable hot. A small fan was provided was not helpful. The room also faced the main street which was very noisy, so keeping the window open was not ideal. Would only recommend staying here during the colder months.

This is a great guest house. My only objection was that they record a credit card in case of damage even after the room is paid. I know many places take a deposit, but this allows anyone to blame the guest for something that may have been damaged by anyone entering the room after you leave including a cleaner. And there is not a limit. Eg £100- they could potentially rob you if they wanted. The hotel itself is immaculate, great WiFi and location. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic! After a bad day, it was very appreciated.
