This month is very important to my husband and I: it is our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday, and this hotel did not disappoint! All staff members were friendly, pleasant, and showed excellent customer service skills. Shwan was an attentive and overall wonderful host. The entire staff really cared about the quality of our stay and they paid keen attention to the details. Not only is the building beautiful and in an ideal location, but the apartment is meticulously designed with the customer in mind, designed for one’s stay to become an extraordinary experience. Bravo to the staff at City Prime Apartments, and thanks so much for a beautiful and memorable experience, which greatly added to our celebrations. It was a perfect experience.

Clean and well appointed room. Convenient to transportation (tube). Convenient to Sainsbury. Very friendly staff. An overall very positive experience.

We were staying in London for 5 days and finding a place to stay is a daunting task. City Prime was a great choice. It is located outside the hustle busy of central London in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located close to the Earl's Court tube station. You can get everywhere you need to go from there. Having a kitchen with a washer/dryer was a plus for an extended stay. Karim was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Highly recommend.

The apartment was not as described in the booking. It was said to be a luxury one bedrooom apartment and this was not at all the case. In fact it was very contrary to this! The sofa which was not a true pull out was severely stained. The hotel left covers to throw over top the couch as there was not a mattress. The mattress in the actual bedroom was hard as a rock felt like a box spring. The bedding was very thin and cheap! The pillows were flat as rocks. The furniture and accessories were all just pieced together. Had the apartment read very plain , basic apartment providing a place to lay your head then I world have known what I was getting. I also left the property a message expressing these concerns 3 days ago and have yet to hear back with a response .

Washing machine did not work properly. We went to the laundry neaby. Very inconvenient.

Newly renovated suite with nice new big bed. Sofa beds were sleepable. Great for a family in a suite in London. Very reasonable for the space!

The location was perfect. An easy stroll to a local supermarket, train station, great pubs and cafe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We hope to stay there again sometime.

Apartments are in a great location. Minutes walk from the underground, shops and bars. Felt very safe as accommodation is manned 24/7. Apartments are spotlessly clean, well equipped and modern. Apartment was cleaned during stay with fresh towels and supplies. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I am thrilled to contribute to the many positive reviews posted about City Prime Apartments. My wife and I enjoyed an 11-night stay there this month, and we were pleased by the many positive aspects of our time there. Our room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and well-equipped with all the supplies we needed, including kitchen utensils for food preparation and meals. The washer/dryer was a particular plus for our long stay, so we didn't have to pack as many changes of clothing for our trip. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful, and the fact that the place is staffed 24 hours helped us feel secure. The housekeepers were particularly friendly and accommodating. And the location...amazing! A 2-minute walk to a major supermarket, and a 5-7 minute walk to two different tube stations! Even though we were just around the corner from a major thoroughfare - Cromwell Street - there was little noise or activity outside our hotel. And within easy walking distance were plenty of attractions, shops, and restaurants. One minor quibble was that the dryer did not work well, so we wound up hang-drying many of our clothes; we did not see this as a significant issue, so we never alerted the management about this. So, overall, City Prime Apartments was convenient, clean, friendly, and safe, while meeting all of our needs for this extended stay! We would gladly return here for our next visit to London!

The property is very nice and exactly as advertised. It is clean, spacious, quiet, modern. My only concern is that the bathroom is dark and therefore the mirror is difficult to see

I just needed somewhere to sleep but I wanted clean and comfortable. Such a good deal and although the room was small as expected it was wonderful I could probably stay there a lot longer.
