Room very small, especially if there were 3 people in it!! Otherwise clean, basic, staff helpful and friendly. Close to amenities. It has a lift. There was no cooked breakfast. Would stay again for location.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location near the Queensway and Bayswater underground stations and restaurants. The rooms are very small to fit luggage comfortably, but it's London, and you'll be glad to be near “the tube” after being out and about enjoying the city. Recommended!|

We liked the hotel for convenience and location. Odd to be asked for passport on arrival as born and bred English and therefore don't carry it around. Breakfast good but room quite small.

Very convenient location and clean comfy room. Staff were good. Wasn’t there to greet us and waited about 5 mins but when he turned up helpful. Only one coffee and tea in the room? Breakfast was awful. Cereal and croissant and warm cheese is pretty terrible. Coffee machine didn’t work either

Very comfortable stay for a budget hotel. Extremely clean bathroom and large, comfortable bed. Enough breakfast options to set you up for a day of sightseeing etc. 2 min walk from Queensway tube station. Jozeph particularly helpful on Reception. Many thanks

Room was small, no space for 2 people to pass each other. Bed was too small for two, it was a 3/4 bed. Room not really big enough for bigger bed. Toilet very small, hardly any room to move. Sitting on toilet knees were about four inches from wall. Breakfast was fine, basic but enough to give you a start, cereal,toast,croissants, yoghurt,fruit tea and coffee, cold meats. Staff were friendly. Good location. No place to store stuff. Had to put cases under bed. The price for the location of the hotel was about the one good thing in its favour.
