Comfort Inn Victoria

The location is very convenient for buses and trains. It's an older building with small rooms but the staff works hard to make clients feel welcome and supported. I would be happy to stay there again.

We stayed here for one night during an overnight trip to London, and it was great. It was in a great, safe location, and perfect for the price!

Clean room. Walking distance to Restaurants and shops nearby.

Vending machine was broken. Room was very humid. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel clean and fresh. Breakfast good for price. Stay spoilt by no working kettle. I did report it on arrival and was told housekeeping would bring one either in the evening or early am. It never turned up!! On check out I mentioned this and was told "Oh we wondered what that kettle with 204 on it was for" REALLY Saying that we would stay again as it was a good location.

Close to metro and other train transports. Close to main hub for many of buses. Walkable to tourist spots. Close to some yummy restaurants and shopping. Staff at hotel very friendly.

Hotel was clean and staff we encountered were polite. The room was great and had everything we needed for our short stay. Very conveniently located for Victoria Station/underground and within walking distance of the nearby theatres

Air con doesn’t work, heaters are roasting and won’t turn down or off. Staff completely ignore all requests for help with it, awful service and staff.

Clean and tidy room. Supurb location right behind Victoria station so great as a base to explore. Will definitely be back again the future

The location is great, close to Victoria station. Housekeeping cleans the rooms daily for when you return later during the evening. However, the air conditioning is terrible and in need of a deep clean and breakfast is rather lame-ish

The room was not as expected. We received a pullout sofa for the 2nd bed when the pictures in the ad for the 3 person room clearly showed a queen size bed and a separate twin bed. It was extremely uncomfortable to have a pullout sofa for a 5 night stay - there was not room to move around the room if you wanted to just watch TV or sit in the room. The mattress in the queen bed was a hard as a rock, with a protruding bulge in the center of the mattress. The hotel did not supply wash clothes...a standard item for taking showers. There were not any lamps in the room; only extremely bright overhead spotlights. A dull spot light attached to the headboard providing nothing for seeing without the overhead bright lights. No sound barrier between floors - people walking above us at all times of the day/night were like someone being in our room. The ad made it appear that breakfast was included with our room rate, only to find out it was an additional 10 pounds per person...for a really awful continental breakfast. No phone in the room to be able to contact the front desk or housekeeping. I would consider this hotel to be very subpar.

Location was perfect to explore London. Right next to Victoria station and the theatre. Rooms were good size, cleaned daily, beds comfortable and clean. Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was great start to the day. Highly recommend and would use as base when traveling to London again

Excellent stay. We were able to check in to our room earlier than 3pm which was such a bonus after an early morning flight and able to freshen up before we hit the city. the rooms are excellent, clean, spacious and modern and cleaned thoroughly each day. The location is ideal as only a 2 min walk from Victoria Train/Underground. also being able to leave cases in their storage facility after check out was so convenient and at no extra charge. The thing that really stood out was the amazing staff who were always available to help and nothing was ever too much trouble.

After i moved to a room with a bath, the people upstairs were very loud. Walking around, talking loudly, and throwing things around. I went to reception to ask for earplugs, which they didn't have!! The guy never acknowledged my concerns or apologise and only said he would speak the guests, which didn't help. I barely slept the first night, and i had an important appointment the next day. In the morning i asked what epse could be done and they told me i could move rooms bht there would be no bath tub, i like to have a tub as the travel arrangements always coz be back pain. I moved to a room that was on the top floor, quite cold at first, and as i was packing up, the cleaner came into my room!! Did not knock on the door or anything, just walked right in!! Once i moved room, it was fine, but i did not enjoy my stay and would never recommend this hotel. They dont have any consideration, compassion, no ear plugs, and no ice! What type of hotel is this?!!

The room and hallway smelled like smoke and the sheets and bathroom were dirty.
