Comfortable beds, great linens, all the extras you would expect in a better quality hotel. They even left eggs and bread for breakfast so we wouldn't need to run out on the first evening. I loved the unique decorating touches and gardens. But I needed a step-stool to unlock the patio door and could not find one. Also, please provide explanations for starting the dishwasher and washer - your American guests were not familiar with the brands and did not want to risk abusing them. And the woodstove? The temperature did not require it, but we were not sure if we were allowed to use it.
