Excellent hotel near Earls Court tube station Really clean, modern rooms, good facilities and great service support online. It's the little things that make the difference. Good quality tea and coffee in the room, shower gel and shampoos in the bathroom, and a personalised welcome letter. I used the chat facility when I got there to access my room and the person helping me was fantastic I'd never stayed in one of the Bob W properties before but will definitely do so again

The room was filthy, thankfully it was only a one night stay. The room had a strong odor and the shower was clogged. I had to jump out before it flooded the room.

The accommodation was very poor. The room was small and was not well maintained or clean. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. There was a leak in the entrance hall that made the floor slippy and dangerous. Would not recommend

Have contacted Expedia separately regarding this. I had to check out the moment I checked in. Firstly, I was let into another guests room with their belongings etc all on display. After this, I was given another room which had not been cleaned. Filthy Room, food crumbs everywhere, beds unclean and unmade ... absolutely disgusting. Staff were useless and couldn't process a refund at that moment so having to persist via Expedia who as yet haven't responded in near a week

It was convenient and comfortable enough for a one night stay. My main issue was cleanliness - the floor in particular wasn’t very clean. I didn’t love being on the lower ground floor, but it was fine for a night.

Posizione ottima, vicinissimi alla metro, a diversi ristoranti e fast food. La camera era abbastanza nuova, la pulizia invece pessima. Si sa che gli inglesi sono sporchi, loro ce l’hanno confermato… quando si viene a Londra bisogna chiudere gli occhi su questo dettaglio..
