Hotel staff very polite and helpful also very friendly. Our room was very nice, comfortable and very clean. Also the food at the hotel is very nice and reasonably priced, breakfast was excellent and had plenty of choice to choose from. Ideal for getting into London if you don’t want to pay London prices for hotels. Stanmore station is a 10 minute Uber away which costs between £7 and £10. Parking is £5 a day and there are plenty of spaces available. Would I stay again most definitely.

Nice large comfortable modern room and nice shower (but why not more hooks to hang up towels, so many hotels are the same, I don't understand!) We didn't need it but midday checkout is good as so many are earlier nowadays. I was going to mark down to 4 stars due to having to pay for their own parking which is really cheeky - but it was only £5 (so seems hardly worthwhile annoying people for that!)

Good location however rooms hot, air con broken hotel says they don't have air con but there are air con control panels in every room and giant air con venting units outside our window making noise all night. Shower is tiny, can barely move in it and my husband who is over 6ft couldn't stand up properly in it. Charge overnight guests for parking. Lift is broken.
