Overall, the hotel was great. Location is ideal as the tube station is just across the street. Hotel is clean. Amenities are nice. My only complaint was front desk staff was pretty rude at check-in.

Fantastic staff with attention to detail. Loved the welcome cookie too! Super at allowing us to leave our bags prior to and after check out. Glocester Road tube station is across the road which made it easy to get to locations for sight seeing and shopping.

What a lovely hotel! So child friendly, conveniently located and comfortable. The staff are chatty and welcoming. The service is excellent. Walking distance to the museums and Harrods. We will be back!
