Nice room, felt safe and cozy with everything I needed to hand. The breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced - service was slightly chaotic but I found it endearing. Just leave plenty of time. Great location as an easy walk to the sea front and shops etc.

Florence House hotel is a fantastic place to stay. We only wished it was for longer. It’s a boutique hotel and everything is just perfect.

This is a superb place to stay with sincere service, fantastic breakfasts and lovely environment.
The room was very comfortable and the hotel decorated in gorgeous wallpapers.

Hotel is well situated close to the beach. We stayed at the end of the summer and so the seasons wear and tear starting to show. Paid for breakfast but was notified that “speciality coffee” (from a machine) would be an extra charge which was surprising. Staff were friendly and attentive
