Lovely short stay. Everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection. Room and hotel overall was very clean. The upgrade was a surprise and very much appreciated, thank you.
Lovely position, close to Kings Cross and the underground. Nice set back position. Loved the view of the park and the tennis courts. Although central London, was calm enough at night to have a good night's sleep.

Our triple room was a good value for the money. However, I would avoid staying here during the summer. Although our unit was garden-level it was incredibly warm - much warmer than outside. Although I expected it to be potentially warm, the complete lack of air circulation made it incredibly uncomfortable.
The room was clean and maid service was available daily. It was somewhat “cozy” for two adults and a teenager. Also our view was of the inner courtyard, which would have been fine, except the maintenance people used this as a work area, which made it less private and quiet than we had hoped.
The George is a clean, nicely updated property, but the above issues might make me seek a different property for future trips.

Our room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the cold bottles of drinking water from the staff. Our location was great. We had easy access to the underground stations. The staff helped us with our questions about London and with calling for a taxi to take us to the train station on our last day. We were very satisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel George.
The room was comfortable and the location was great and central to Kings Cross station which gets you everywhere in London by way of the tube/underground or train.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was a very nice option to have.
