I was in a room on the ground floor which was right next to the kitchen so heard noise both from people coming in very late and also from people waking up extremely early. Also had 2 tv controls in my room but neither was the correct one for the TV.

Booked through Expedia at 9pm for that night nowhere was it made clear about getting to the hotel by a specif time. I arrived at 1 2321 and could get it ended up staying at the best western

Its a bit run down but clean. Its in a house so could be noisy. Its conveniently located to the terminal. The check in experience should be improved as initially i felt it was a scam asking for payment i needed to confirm before making the payment ! An initial email with the dedicated number may help.

I didn't get in to the Hotel. There is no identification on the building. It looks like a normal house. At first the taxi from the airport could not find the place. Once I found it I needed the access code I didn't get the email with this access code and there is on phone number to contact them. Just an automated service. I had to move to to another Hotel for the night. When I contacted them the next day with WhatsApp only they were unhelpful and dismissive.

You're definitely getting what you pay for - the walls were quite dirty in my room and the toilet seat hinge was broken. However, the location is excellent and if you need a cheap place to sleep by the airport it's fine.

I am sorry to say that the place was really disappointing. The room was ok, but the bed was small & very uncomfortable. I might as well have not slept as the springs dug in and the bed creaked. The pillows were totally uncomfortable. I used my clothes and towel to try and to make it useable. The shower spayed everywhere and the bath plug did not stop the water!!

It’s a bit confusing getting your room code if you don’t have service to your email. But it’s a fine place to lay your head for the night. We could walk to airport so saves money on uber

The biggest problem is parking -- there was no parking at this place except for after 10pm (if there is space), and I had to spend 2-3 hours searching for paid parking space in the surrounding area which could cost over $30 a day! I ended up parking in a paid lot that was about 15 minutes walk away. That wasted a lot of time on my vacation. I would not stay at this place unless I did not have a car.

1) Great location - close to airport 2) Great facilities such as kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, etc 3) Good transport links 4) Housekeeping for kitchen done daily, but not rooms. Even trash is not removed from rooms. 5) No sign to say that washing machine is £15 per load. Only found out when I called the manager. Nothing is mentioned in the manager. 6) Room 5 is noisy due to traffic and flights. Manager said he cannot change room as hotel is fully booked. I didn't see many people checking in??

Since the combination to the main door and the rum stopped working at midnight and our flight was delayed. We could not get there in time. We therefore had to book another hotel to have somewhere to stay for the night. We do not know about how the room was since we never got a chance to see the room.
