Easy and plentiful parking, good food, easy access to room not through pub.

Plenty of room, all amenities we needed, staff always pleasant , have stayed few times now and will carry on staying here

Food was lovely and the room was ok but the loud music coming from the kitchen was awful. From arrival at 2.30 until the pub closed at 10.30 it was like having a DJ in the bedroom with me both nights of the stay. Despite asking for the music to be turned down it made no difference.

upon arrival, greeted by friendly bar staff and shown to room. in room a couple of minutes and loud really loud music started and continued . went back to bar, asked about, it was coming from the kitchen. this is regular. nice bar staff asked them to turn it down, i had to knock on the floor in my room because still too loud to make business calls. turned down again, then kept creeping up. to see how far they could push me i guess. an amount of talking beneath window but not terrible for a pub. the two ladies at the bar are fantastic. large car park. laundry bag kept at the top of the stairs seemed odd. disappointing this has the potential to be special,

Great location, friendly staff, good food, would have given all 5 stars but the room could do with a bit of maintenance, but would definitely recommend

Always return time afterctime as love the area, our room is always great could just do with couple of upgrades such as the mattress and the small bathroom window is slightly broken, small things and wouldnt stop me coming back

The room was great, smart clean and spacious with tea coffee water etc. View through the window was ok, but step outside it was great. Staff great, food good. Good value for money i thought.

Unfortunately we stayed in Bedroom no 2. The large bed was made up of 2 single beds pushed together. I slept on the bed nearest the window that faced the car park. The mattress was old and very uncomfortable as the springs were worn out. The other mattress that my husband slept on was not quite as bad. The duvet cover was also torn. Apart from that we had a very enjoyable stay and everyone was very friendly. Views were amazing!

Terrible room, the most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept in. No hot water. Loud young group of staff banging doirs until late. View of beer barrels and staff going out staircase so no privacy. Noone at reception when i left to speak to. No reply when i sent feedback ! Is there a manager here ? Not sure where the great reviews are coming from !

Two night midweek stay, clean comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Popular place, lovely setting next to the river with plenty of outside seating to enjoy the good weather.

Good location easy parking and good meals available. Room very nice with recently refurbished bathroom, liked the fact you could go in and out without going through the bar area

Riverside pub with amazing views, offering comfortable rooms with everything required for an overnight stay.

The stay was amazing from Start to finish the staff work so hard and nothing was to much trouble clean comfortable outstanding room location fantastic we will be returning food Fantastic 😊

Lovely clean room and in a very scenic location next to R. Severn. Unfortunately wi-fi was unreliable and unable to connect on several occasions during the stay.

Fabulous setting & lovely staff. One of the worst beds I’ve slept in. Cheap open-coil mattress!

Fantastic hotel, amazing location and staff and food wonderful.

Good location, can be very busy and was a bit noisy. Good dinner and lots of beverage options but no breakfast offered.
