I was given an accessible room which was good but felt the shower lacked power and was small

Staff were friendly and really helpful, parking is a bit of an issue I was unaware I had to book a place before hand however we were lucky the reception staff was able to sort us out, room was spotless and clean my only issue was the pillows were too soft and mattress was too hard for me, otherwise I would give 5 stars. 6 mins away from the outlet!! Amazing!!!

The room and communal areas were spotlessly clean and spacious. I checked in around 8:15pm and visited the restaurant/bar. At 9pm, I returned to the room to settle in for the night. The WiFi had a terrible connection which massively affected the TV. The tv would only stay on for around 1-3 mins, and was either pixelated/a black screen or turned off altogether. The heating device did not work so the room was freezing all night. I rang reception on three separate occasions between 9-10pm and no one answered despite me ringing for a long time . Following my visit, I was informed that three staff were supposed to be overseeing the desk. No one was on reception when I returned to my room that evening. The staff member I emailed following my visit was apologetic and explained that someone would have been able to help me had they answered the phone. Had these issues not occurred, it would have been a pleasant stay.

The room was spotless, the shower was great, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. The only downside of our stay was that the beds were extremely firm to the point of being uncomfortable.

Great variety of food at breakfast enjoyed making our own waffles which were delicious with fresh fruit

The room was welcoming and clean. The large TV, along with the iron, fridge, and coffee/tea facilities, were thoughtful touches that added to the comfort of the stay. The mattress made noises every time you moved but was comfortable enough and served its purpose overall. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection available. The waffle station was excellent, though the scrambled eggs were very dry and the bacon a bit underdone for my taste. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The room was very nice and clean. I was surprised at how good the buffet was because it was included in the price.

What a lovely stay. The staff were so friendly snd efficient. Hreeted with cheery smiles whenever you encountered them. Thr room was great and when my plans unexpectedly changed, they kept me in my room gor the extra night. The hotel is close to town and a nice stroll. Will stay here again.

Breakfast nice good choice although no porridge

Lovely staff, great breakfast, cleaned the room daily without having to ask. Room heat was good and a comfortable bed. What more do you need.
