Hotel was over booked, they did not respect my room. Booked me into another hotel.

Was told that I should use their Hampton Honours app to get the best rates. If ever I found cheaper they would beat it by 25%. It was all lies! First time I went to use the app, I found it much cheaper elsewhere. 1 hour 15min of phone calls later, I find it extremely ironic that the app is called Honours.... because they don't, and they have non! Dealing with their customer service was disappointing. I had to explain the whole scenario 5 times. I wasn't given a satisfactory explanation as why they wouldn't honor what they had said. I was looking to book 4 rooms for 3 night's. Throughout the year I probably need 250-350 nights in hotel rooms for my company. Well they will not be at any Hilton!

What a lovely hotel, from the moment we went through the door until the time we left it was a great experience, the staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless and very spacious and had everything we needed. It's in a great location for what we needed and had all the amenities. It's a hotel we would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable. I would prefer some optional different pillows as I found them too soft and being feather - not hypoallergenic. The air conditioning was not functioning, perhaps a seasonal thing, unclear.

The rooms made the stay special. Everything you need provided , from a hairdryer to an iron and ironing board .

staff were super helpful. room was so lovely we actually said we could live here! excellent shower.

The reception staff were very helpful as we arrived to check us in. We needed more milks and decaf coffee which was quickly replenished by dtaff that were closeby. The room was clean but there were a few hairs in the bathroom which had been missed and it was nice to have a towel each for showering and washing our faces. The shower was large and good and we enjoyed using it. The gym looked good and there was a large range of equipment to use if you wanted to, we didn't. The weekend menu was a little sparce and so we ate out at a nearby italuan restaurant. Finally, drinks were a little on the expensive side i thought but there was a good selection. Overall, fairly good value for money and it would have been better with the car park fully open and a note placed on the website about the Ringo parking as this was not completely clear.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has excellent facilities. Breakfast was great.
