Really nice hotel in Guildford. Parking was available for a fee and everything was walkable from there. Room was comfortable and clean. Spa was nice but didn’t have time to book anything.

Hotel is lovely but felt as though it was lacking the little touches for a ‘luxury’ hotel. Tea/coffee/kettle hidden in a cupboard rather than out on the side in the room with no complementary biscuits (a little thing but you’d expect for a luxury hotel). No toilet brush in the bathroom and no towel to place on the floor when you get out of the shower.

Rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was nice and the cocktails are very good. I could hear a lot of noise throughout the night, especially doors slamming. Parking is very expensive. We paid to go in the spa, but weren't told before we went in that the plunge pool and sauna were out of use. Pool is very small.

Great hotel, used before many times, however I had booked breakfast and as I was leaving early to catch a flight I was promised a breakfast box delivered to my room. Sadly this didn’t materialise which was disappointing
