Hatton Garden Hotel

It's fine. It's close to where I need to be, so that's good. The beds are small and the rooms are alightly tired, but the showers are good. My biggest complaint is the quality of the internet. I couldn't get a consistently strong signal so I struggled to work from the hotel, which was problematic.

Very clean, good location and sensible price.

Friendly staff, great location, quiet street. Unfortunately the room I had on the ground floor was near the luggage store, which meant it was quite noisy at night and the small corridor created an echo which made late night noises amplified. The room was clean and I will stay again in future, but not in the same room location.

Location was great, there was a little rubbish that was left in the room that wasn't ideal. Didn't really bother as we were just staying the night.

Most uncomfortable bed

I was really pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. It has a beautiful lobby with a 24 hour concierge - which is so helpful for a city hotel, and a must for business stays. The room was small, but well equipped with the best shower I've used for a long time. The location in Hatton Gardens means that outside of business hours, it's super quiet. Great little find. I'll be back!

Nice hotel, good location, reasonable price. Our room was clean and cosy but there was a strange rumbling noise all night like a generator or tumble dryer - a bit annoying. Otherwise very pleasant.

The reception staff were absolutely lovely — shame the same can’t be said for the facilities. Our first room had a shower that was more ornamental than operational. After repacking at midnight and moving to another room, we found the heating had gone on strike. Rather than gamble on what might be broken in room three, we opted to sleep in our coats and embrace the chill. Hopefully, one day, the rooms will be as functional as the front desk is friendly.

Power cut off without notice. Water service interrupted twice udring 4 day stay. Getting two keycards for 2 people was a slight issue for unknown reason. Otherwise clean and friendly.

Bathroom was nice, shower was like a waterfall! However the extractor fan wouldn't turn off and was very loud so disturbed sleep all night Not worth the high price

Nice, clean and quiet. Good mattress and good shower - the most important two things for any hotel room!!

I was given a single room on the lower ground floor which was fine at first. The room was clean and fairly comfortable and the shower was pretty good. There was 1 window giving me a view of a storage room which was bizarre and without being able to cool it with a regular window made it quite hot at night and tricky to sleep. I was next to a conference room and heard people coming and going, doors, and would hear foot fall often. I went to the desk in the late evening where the staff at reception is there with headphones in and just didnt seem interested when interacting. There was two occasions where I would go to the desk and there would be no one there and there’s nothing to notify anyone. The staff were generally nice though on the interactions we had. I wouldn’t stay here again, I’m sure there are better rooms but price paid isn’t cheap by any means, certainly my stay here was not worth it.Location is great and it’s a shame but wasn’t a great stay for me

There is a strong lemon orange air freshener that gave me a headache and the person above squeaking and stomping all night smell of weed in the area

One of the receptionists (a blonde lady) was fantastic, responsive, careful and delivered on promises. The other (a bearded man) was friendly but careless, unhelpful and would not go out of his way at all to help for even simple requests. Because of him, I'll never stay there in the future, made my stay there uncomfortable.

A nice room and everything was new and in good condition. Very good shower. Unfortunately, I was given the room on the lower level and somebody checked in at 1 AM in the morning in the room above me and started making a lot of noise walking around and banging things. I had to go to reception to let them know. It’s not the hotel‘s fault, but guests should be reminded of keeping the noise down at those hours.
