Hiding Space - Westgate Apartments

Very easy check in. Great central location. Spotless apartment.

We had enjoyed our stay of 8 nights but hope to see improvements for the cons areas. Pro - great location(near to train and bus station and supermarkets, cafe, etc) spacious, clean, with kitchen facilties and washing machine(for deluxe studio only) Cons - no lift, will get cooking smell from next door, no dryer, water from shower head very weak

It was clean and light and had everything you needed, however there was a very loud extractor fan or something like it working all through the night, which made it impossible to sleep. Couldn’t locate the source of the noise, but it is very loud even with earplugs. Also the rain shower has no pressure

Pro - clean, spacious, kitchen utensils and cutlery, washing machine and dishwasher available inside 2 bedrooms Cons - no lift, need to carry luggages up to 4 flights of stairs, request for late checkout and pending payment but received email that it was not available. Then for some reason, received a call next day that we can do a late checkout. Should it be first come first serve?

Check in - we did have a problem as the keypad asked us for the apartment number before we could enter to check in (not just codes as per instructions) clicked reception and the lady kept asking me for apartment number.... Not great when outside in the rain! Another guest arrived and let us in so we could check in... Within a few minutes got a call from apartment company to check everything was OK. Just glad we didn't arrive later when someone might not be available to help.... Good - - location is perfect. Within 4-5 minutes of bath abbey and roman bath. Tesco and Sainsbury's second away.... Restaurants, coffee shops etc. - Pricing reasonable - apartment clean Bad - bus stop right outside and no nets for privacy - apartment not like pictures....was much smaller then expected - booking for 4 but only 3 chairs for dining table - bare minimum utensils (would have liked more then 4 if each cutlery, plates etc) - not enough space to actually use kitchen when sofa bed set up...way too tight for 4 people -wifi was not good Overall don't book if you want to cook or eat in as the facilities weren't useable. We wanted space and to sit not on a bed but that was not possible. There is a budget hotel seconds away which would have been cheaper! So much potential but unfortunately wouldn't return.

Clean apartment in a great location. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Enjoyable stay.

Room very clean, ideal location for Roman Baths, pubs and restaurants. Tour bus stops at the door! Stayed on 3rd floor, no issues with noise on a Friday night. We will use again when we return.

The property wasn’t in a good state overall but most disappointing was the terrible communication over no hot water in the apartment due to a dodgy fuse. I was promised a call back and had to try and sort myself.

Sofa bed needs to be more comfortable. Shower needs to be more powerful. Apartment was very clean and has a nice modern feel. Location was excellent

Excellent accommodation right in centre of town. Our pick was a Clean and stylish apartment for 2or4 (1 large room with divider in middle for some privacy). Great kitchen and bathroom with cowshed toiletries. Secure and clean from entrance to the apartment too

Excellent location. Very good price. Clean, well equipped room. Easy check in.excellent service from the receptionist on the phone. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Bath

Apartment was clean. Close to all amenities. Only downside was that we were on the top floor.

Excellent location in the City Centre and right by the Newbridge Park & ride stop. As stated in description the accommodation is over 3 floors and there is no lift but we knew this and wasn't a problem for us. Lovely well equipped accommodation, full size under counter fridge with a couple of beers, wines and soft drinks at reasonable prices. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect

Apartment was well kept and Extremely clean. Good location. There’s no elevator so if your room is on 3rd floor be ready to lift your bags.

Too much noise at night time, washing machine at 23:00 till late, chairs tables dragging all night long, Tesco delivery at 4:30 in the morning a lot of noise from the cages etc apart of the noise all was good, Missing microwave too important.

The location is perfect, 2 mins from Roman baths. Over the road from thermae spa, restaurant's, cafes, bars all on the doorstep. Our apartment was lovely and clean, beds were really comfy, great pillows too! Bathroom was spotless with great toiletries. The apartments are on a busy road as they are so central bit we didn’t hear noise at all. They are also above a Tesco express so handy to get any bits that you need. We will definitely use again.
