Chose to stay here again as I had stayed here before. It’s very close to the train station and walking distance to all the amenities that you could need. Very comfortable beds and a good selection of food for breakfast. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They could not do enough for me.

Conveniently located for the railway station and central Bristol. I was disappointed that there was no water provided in the room and the coffee was ‘instant’. Otherwise it was very good; very clean and comfortable.

When we checked the the room definitely could have been a bit cleaner. Particularly the carpet, as we found a random bottle underneath a bed that was obviously missed when cleaning

Hotel was very nice, clean and the staff were friendly very helpful when you asked where the facilities were,if there was any complaints it was the price of the alcohol and and mixers,I got charged £3.60 for a bottle of tonic water which I think was very over priced, when it is 0.89 pence on the high street

Great location, very near Temple Meads station and bus station right outside. Bed was very comfortable. Some noise during the night, especially the lift. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The great thing was the room layout, the bed was fantastic along with the bathroom. The restaurant was 2 rows of tables for 2 or 4 the menu was the same as the Bar snakes which was a disgrace, the breakfast was in the same place the food was put in pots under lights, first day when we had breakfast at the time there was no hash browns and no scrambled egg I had to wait 5 minutes till some came out while the food on the plat was lukewarm now, on the second day all the food in the bowls was lukewarm by the time you got to your table it was almost cold, very poor quality in food service, I will NOT be staying there again.

Staff were all lovely. Room comfortable, breakfast fresh with good choice. Location was brilliant with easy walk into city centre and a bus stop right outside to get to Clifton which was well worth the trip. Would stay again.

Great hotel and staff, such a shame the air con wasnt working in the hotel when we stayed on a Sunday. The temperature in the room was 29.8 degrees all through the night. The staff were great though and offered us a fan and complimentary cool drinks. Breakfast was great and check in and check put was quick and easy.

From start to finish the service was excellent. Lovely room refurbished to a high standard. Very clean and a large comfortable bed. Would definitely use this hotel again. Special mention for Stuart on the front desk who i spoke to the day before on the phone explaining my wife had a broken foot and could we check in a little earlier. He arranged the early check in and when i turned up he was very helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure. He is a credit to the hotel.

Spacious, clean and modern room. Heating air con unit was tricky to get the temperature right in the whole of the room - not great for our 6 month old. We worked it out on our 2nd night. Staff were lovely.
