The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and informative, we came for the London Marathon so they were able to store our bags for the day, we did have a little bar food in the hotel which was nice, everything was clean and the room was big and spacious, it’s right next to Canary Wharf station 5mins walk so accessible to going into main London, couldn’t really fault it.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful. We were served by Paulette who was very considerate to tell us where to get the most of London shopping done. Thank you for that. The concierge desk were most helpful with finding out directions and arranging for transportation. Overall a wonderful experience.

First impression not great as a really rude member of staff told me that I was standing in the wrong position for the revolving door. Maybe signs should be put up and maybe that’s how he speaks to people in the country from which he came from but not the way I like to be approached. That being said, was the only negative point I would make about our stay. The rest of the staff were very nice, hotel very clean. We didn’t eat there so cannot comment on that. But overall I would recommend this hotel as the location was perfect for everything we needed.
