What a lovely comfortable stay. Nice beds , pillows and duvet and in a beautiful house. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water on arrival. Could have had breakfast but didn't. There's a pub down the road.

Came to stay for one last decent sleep before download festival and it didnt disappoint. Beautiful scenery overlooking the canal, the owners were very friendly, breakfast delicious and the room was so cute! Will be returning again next year

Lovely little room, which was perfect for my one night stay. I arrived late.21:30 and was greeted at the door before even ringing the bell. Very efficient check-in all the information I needed it was handed to me, and then always left quietly to get on my night.
Beautiful location next to the river, which I didn’t appreciate until the following morning as it was pitch black when I arrived.
I didn’t have breakfast as I was unsure of my morning schedule

Pretty solid B&B. Friendly and welcoming host. Clean and comfortable. Lovely location, just a shame it was in the middle of a storm so couldn’t appreciate the area.
Was upgraded to a slightly bigger room. Only real downsides for me is there was no desk or chair to work at and was asked to check out half an hour earlier than the booking stated.
I would return, but would also appreciate a veggie/vegan breakfast being offered.

Stayed here a few times in the past as its location is fab for exploring the area, Donnington Park circuit or as a stopover. The new owners have made a great deal of improvements and the rooms are lovely , comfortable clean and the bathrooms fantastic, highly recommended. Great breakfast and welcoming hosts .
